Built to stay outside
The heart of this unit is a sealed, potted enclosure that keeps water, dust and insects away from the electronics. The rating is IP67, meaning it is made for indoor and outdoor installation, and the cables and connections are protected at both ends. On each side of the case you get an integrated mounting bracket, so the driver can be screwed directly to a wall, a post, a joist or the back of a cabinet instead of dangling from its wires — a small detail that makes a big difference on a gazebo or under a deck. The compact body measures 16.3 cm (18.6 cm including brackets) x 6.9 cm x 4.3 cm.
Steady 24V power, simple wiring
This is a constant-voltage 24V DC power supply, the type required by 24V LED strip lights and low-voltage linear fixtures. It supplies up to 4A, for 96W total. The input is a 120V AC power cable; the output side carries two distinct connections, positive (red) and negative (black), so polarity is easy to respect when you connect your tape or your low-voltage run. Because the unit is not dimmable, plan a non-dimmed circuit or handle your control at another point in the system. As with any driver, keep the connected load under the rated wattage and leave a little headroom for long runs.

Where it earns its keep
Think of every place a 24V LED strip ends up: a covered patio ceiling, the underside of deck stairs, a pergola or gazebo frame, a cottage boathouse, the awning of a trailer or RV, a garage workbench, a display case in a boutique, a bar backsplash, a restaurant soffit or an illuminated sign. This driver handles all of them as long as the total load stays within 96W. Contractors often install one driver per zone rather than one giant supply for the whole property — it shortens voltage-drop-prone runs and keeps each section independent. For multi-zone jobs, simply add another unit of the same model per zone.
Installation and documentation
Mount the driver in a spot where you can still reach it for service, screw it down through the side brackets, connect the 120V AC input to your supply as per the Canadian Electrical Code and local rules (electrical connection work should be done by a qualified electrician), then join the red and black output leads to your LED product, matching polarity. Keep connections sealed with proper waterproof joints when the run is exposed to weather. The full technical PDF spec sheet for the 24V 96W cETLus listed IP67 Class 2 LED drivers is available in the Documentation tab of this page, handy for submittals, permits and for confirming dimensions before you cut your mounting space.
