By placing an order on lumibox.ca, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

PAYMENT TERMS

All orders placed on lumibox.ca must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Interac Online. For commercial accounts with approved credit, net payment terms may be arranged by contacting our sales team. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by law.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

We ship across Canada via Purolator, FedEx, UPS, and Freightcom. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. For more information, please visit our Shipping Policy.

CLAIMS

All merchandise is carefully packed and inspected before delivery to the carrier. Our liability ceases upon receipt of the goods by the carrier. In case of damage or loss of merchandise during transit, all claims must be filed directly with the authorized carrier.

RETURN OF GOODS

Returns must be requested within seven (7) days of the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Sale items are final sale. For more information, please visit our Return Policy.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be made in writing and authorized by our customer service team at info@lumibox.ca. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

PRICING

All prices displayed on lumibox.ca are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes (TPS/TVQ) are added at checkout.

BACK-ORDERS

We make every effort to ship your entire order promptly. If one or more items are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and ship the available items.

CUSTOM ORDERS & MODIFICATIONS

No exchange or refund will be issued for custom orders, special fabrications, or any merchandise that has been modified from its original condition.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Products sold on lumibox.ca are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as stated on your purchase order or invoice. No labor costs are covered under warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, accident, improper wiring, improper installation, customer modifications, or failure to comply with installation instructions.
