    Yes, anywhere in Canada; we ship within Canada only. Each order ships directly from the manufacturer or the supplier via Purolator, FedEx, UPS or Freightcom: allow 3 to 5 business days depending on the supplier (an estimate, not a guarantee). An order that combines several suppliers may arrive in several parcels. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout from the weight, dimensions and destination. See the shipping policy.
    Returns must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date, for new and unused items in their original packaging. Email info@lumibox.ca for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back; return shipping is at your expense. A 20% restocking fee applies, and 50% on Paris Mirror LED mirrors and towel warmers. Special orders, custom fabrication, modified goods and sale items (final sale) cannot be returned.     Write to info@lumibox.ca with your order number and a description of the issue: we will reply to arrange a refund or an exchange, or explain how to proceed with the carrier for damage in transit.
    Every product carries its manufacturer's warranty. Labour costs are not covered, nor is damage caused by abuse, accident, improper wiring or installation, or modifications. The term depends on the manufacturer and the product: contact us if it is not shown on the product page. For a warranty claim, contact info@lumibox.ca with your order number, the product code and a description of the issue.
    Each brand has a minimum order amount. The cart shows it as soon as you add a product and tells you how much is missing for that brand. There is no minimum on the order as a whole: you can combine several brands as long as each one reaches its own minimum.
    Credit card (Visa and Mastercard), processed securely at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed. We do not accept cash on delivery or bank transfers online. For volume orders and account terms, contact us.
    Prices are shown before taxes. GST and the provincial tax of your delivery address are calculated at checkout.
    No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you track your orders, reuse your addresses and download your invoices. You receive an order confirmation by email either way.

    On each product page: wattage, lumens, colour temperature (K), CRI, voltage, IP rating, dimming and certifications are in the description, and the manufacturer's spec sheet (PDF) is in the Documentation tab. The manufacturer's product code is in the title so you can match it to your plans.
    Yes. Many high bays, linear fixtures, floodlights, emergency units and exit signs are available in 120-277V and in 347V. The voltage is shown in the product title and specifications; filter by voltage or ask us to confirm before ordering.
    Yes. Tell us the room or the building, the ceiling height, the look you want and the dimmer or controller you plan to use, and we will recommend compatible fixtures, strips, drivers and accessories. Our guides also cover lumens per room, LED strips, recessed lighting layouts and emergency lighting.
