24V 5M IP20 3014 WARM WHITE COOL WHITE ADJUSTABLE LED STRIP - 240 LEDS/M (STRIP ONLY)

SKU: 3014CCT

Brand: LED MONTREAL

Can't decide between warm white and cool white? Stop guessing — take both. The 24V 5M IP20 3014 Warm White Cool White Adjustable LED Strip - 240 LEDs/m (Strip Only) from LED MONTREAL is a colour-temperature-adjustable LED strip light that lets you dial your white exactly where you want it, whenever you want it. Whether you call them led strip lights, LED light strips, LED strip lighting or simply lighting strips, this one packs two rows of diodes — 120 warm white and 120 cool white per meter — into a single flexible tape, so the same run can be cozy at night and crisp for working. It's the go-to solution for under-cabinet lighting, cove and ceiling lighting, shelving, display cases, closets, headboards and any indoor detail that deserves better light.

Built around Epistar 3014 SMD chips at 240 LEDs per meter (1200 LEDs on the full 5-meter reel), it delivers a typical 1100 lumens per meter at a wide 120° beam angle, with a CRI of 90+ so wood grain, paint, fabric and skin tones all look true. The adjustable white range runs from 2700K to 6500K and the strip is dimmable with a low-voltage dimmer/remote combo. It runs on 24V DC, draws 16W per meter (plan a power supply rated 19.2W/m), measures 10 mm wide by 2 mm high, and can be cut every 6 LEDs (50 mm) to fit your run exactly. It's cULus listed for Canada and the USA (E498952), rated IP20 for indoor use, backed by a 50 000+ hour lifespan, and comes with 3M self-adhesive backing plus three 17 cm lead wires at each end.

This indoor LED lighting strip shines in kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, home offices, basements and staircases, and just as well in retail displays, salons, restaurants, showrooms and offices where the mood has to change through the day. Canadian homes swing from dark winter afternoons to bright summer evenings — being able to shift from warm to cool white on the same fixture is a real everyday win. To get the adjustment and dimming working, pair SKU 3014CCT with the E2-RF 2 in 1 RF LED controller and a compatible remote, plus a 24V DC power supply and an aluminum channel. Plan your run, order your meters and let's light it up.

Two whites, one strip
What makes this tape special is its double row of diodes: 240 LEDs per meter, split into 120 warm white and 120 cool white emitters mounted side by side. Feeding more current to one row than the other mixes the output, which is how the strip covers the whole 2700K to 6500K range from a single flexible circuit. With the CCT adjustable remote and controller, the colour temperature shifts in increments of approximately 300K, so you can settle on the exact tone that suits the room instead of committing to one fixed white at the time of purchase. The multi-zone system also lets you drive an unlimited number of controllers divided into up to 4 zones — handy when a kitchen, a hallway and a living room should all follow the same mood.

Light quality and construction
The Epistar 3014 SMD chips deliver a typical 1100 lumens per meter (the value varies slightly with the Kelvin setting you choose) at a 120° lighting angle, which spreads light evenly instead of leaving hot spots along a cove or a cabinet. The CRI 90+ rating is the part people notice without knowing why: countertops, tile, cabinetry and food look natural, not washed out. The circuit board is 10 mm wide and only 2 mm high, so it tucks into slim channels and tight reveals, and the 3M self-adhesive back holds it in place while you work. Cut marks appear every 6 LEDs (50 mm), and each end of the 5-meter reel carries three 17 cm wires so you can feed the strip from either side.

Wiring, heat and installation
This is a 24V DC strip, so it needs a low-voltage power supply sized for the job: count 19.2W per meter of strip installed, which means a full 5-meter run calls for a driver rated accordingly. Dimming and colour adjustment are handled on the low-voltage side with a dimmer/remote combo — the E2-RF 2 in 1 RF LED controller is designed for single colour and CCT adjustable white strips and supports zoning. One rule not to skip: the strip must be installed on a heat-dissipating surface or in an appropriate aluminum channel. At 16W per meter this tape generates real heat, and a channel protects the diodes, keeps brightness stable over the years and gives the installation a clean finished edge with its diffuser. Clean and dry the surface before pressing the 3M adhesive down, and never power up a reel while it's still coiled.

Applications and documentation
Think under-cabinet task lighting in a kitchen that goes crisp for chopping and warm for supper, cove lighting in a living room ceiling, backlit bathroom mirrors, closet and pantry lighting, shelving and display cases, stair nosings, home theatre coves and headboards. On the commercial side, it works for retail displays, reception desks, restaurant bars, salons, clinics and office millwork — anywhere indoor LED lighting has to flatter what it lights and adapt through the day. Remember it is IP20 and rated for indoor use only, so keep it out of wet and outdoor locations.
