The LED Aluminum Profile #86 is a recessed LED aluminum channel designed to make the light source invisible, so all you see is a clean line of light set into the surface. Also searched as a recessed aluminum profile for LED strip lighting, a built-in LED channel or an aluminum extrusion for LED strips, it turns an ordinary LED strip into integrated architectural lighting. Its compact form factor permits a wide range of uses: ceilings and walls, cabinetry and millwork, shelves, staircases, counters and commercial fixtures.

This SKU, LCPROF-86-16FT, is the 16 ft length, the longest standard size of the series, which also exists in 4 and 8 ft, with custom fabrication up to 192 inches. The profile is made of 6063-T5 aluminum, can be installed both indoors and outdoors, and can be painted to match your decor; the series is offered in aluminum, black or white. It accommodates and protects the majority of LED strips of the range, including white and colour RGB-RGBW strips.
