Installation, step by step
Start with a dry fit. Snap a chalk line or pencil your path on the wall, ceiling or millwork, then lay the neon along it to see where the curves actually fall. Place clips at regular intervals on straight sections and tighten the spacing through bends, corners and the tops of letters, where the flex naturally wants to spring back. Fasten each clip with screws or anchors appropriate to the substrate — drywall, plywood backer, MDF sign panel, metal or masonry all call for different hardware. Then press the neon into the clips working from one end to the other so tension stays even and no segment is stretched. Keep the 50 mm cut marks of the series in mind when planning, and always plan the feed end near your 24V DC power supply so the run starts clean.
