Construction and flexibilityThis
LED neon flex is a sealed, jacketed rope built around a 24V DC LED board, with a compact 6x6mm cross-section that tucks into narrow reveals, channels and sign letters. It is a top-bend profile, meaning it curves on the light-emitting axis for smooth arcs, loops and script lettering. The extrusion diffuses the LEDs into one continuous line, so you get the look of classic glass neon with none of the fragility. The run is cuttable every 27.78mm at the marked cut points, and the maximum length per run is 5m, which keeps brightness uniform from the first millimetre to the last.
Light qualityWith
CRI 90+ and SDCM under 5, this
neon LED renders colour faithfully and stays consistent tone-to-tone between sections — critical when several runs meet in the same sightline. Output is 770 lumens per metre at 70 lm/W, and the 60º lighting angle concentrates the glow where you aim it instead of washing the whole room. The 3000K colour temperature brings a warm, welcoming light that flatters wood, stone, brass and warm paint palettes.

Electrical and installationPower the
flexible LED neon rope light with a 24V DC constant voltage supply sized for your total load, and respect the 5m maximum run. Parallel connections are strongly recommended: going past the recommended length causes visible dimming at the far end and damages the strip over time. A middle connection (a feed wired to the centre of the run) lets you create one long visual line without voltage drop, while a double-end connection — powered from both sides, or with two identical supplies, one at each end — doubles the maximum run. When cutting, connect red to positive and black to negative on the PCB. Accessories include end caps with horizontal, left/right or vertical outlet, end caps without line out, stainless steel rings and fixed clips. Seal properly: apply glue around and inside the end cap, slide it on following the arrow, then glue the outlet point and wipe off the excess — repeat at the other end. For mounting, screw the fixed clips in place with M3 screws and press the neon into the clip with the light-emitting side facing outward.
Applications, compatibility and documentationThink cove lighting in a living room ceiling, a glowing line under a kitchen island, stair and handrail accents, retail display frames, restaurant bar fronts, gym logos and custom signage. With its IP67 rating and -20°C to 60°C range, it also suits garages, workshops and sheltered exterior details. Within the same family you can match profiles and lengths: the
Flex Neon 6W/m 6x6mm, the
Neon Flex 6W/m 6x6mm 30 m for long continuous jobs, the slimmer
