The APOLLO track fixture (SKU AO1012-BN-120V) from LITELINE is a low voltage track light head in a brushed nickel finish, built for MR16 12V lamps and ready to clip onto your existing rail. The body is constructed of die cast aluminum for superior strength and rigidity, with softened edges that give it its low profile look. Inside, a solid state electronic transformer delivers noise-free voltage reduction: 120V / 60Hz input, 12V output, 50W maximum load. The porcelain socket accepts 12V MR16 lamps, 50 watts max, and a high temperature glass shield comes mounted to the front of the lamp fixture. The adjustable yoke holds your aim with a secure lock on the angle position: 320° horizontal rotation and 160° vertical rotation. It measures 4-5/8" (117mm) tall, 3" (76mm) and 5-1/8" (130mm) across the head, it is dimmable when used with electronic low voltage rated dimming controls only, and it is cULus listed.

The APOLLO is a low voltage die cast aluminum designer fixture for MR16 12V lamps. Die cast aluminum gives the housing superior strength and rigidity, while the softened edges keep the silhouette discreet on the ceiling — the kind of track light head that disappears visually and lets the beam do the talking. Light quality and aiming
Because it is a directional light source designed for specific aiming, the Apollo excels at accent work: washing a stone feature wall, grazing a textured backsplash, highlighting shelving or framing a painting. The lamp housing is controlled by an adjustable yoke that provides custom aiming with 320° horizontal rotation and 160° vertical rotation, and it assures a secure lock on the angle position so your setup does not drift after a door slam or a dusting. A high temperature glass shield is included, mounted to the front of the lamp fixture. Beam spread and colour temperature come from the MR16 lamp you choose, so you stay free to fine-tune the look later.

Electrical, dimming and installation
A solid state electronic transformer is built in, providing noise-free voltage reduction and operation from 120V AC to 12V AC — no remote transformer to hide, no hum above a quiet dining room. Input is 120V / 60Hz, output is 12V, with a 50W maximum load, and the porcelain socket takes 12V MR16 lamps at 50 watts max. The fixture is dimmable only when used with electronic low voltage (ELV) rated dimming controls — an important detail to hand your electrician before the dimmer is purchased. Installation is simply a matter of twist-locking the connector into a live rail and aiming; no wiring at the head itself.
