This is the rail — the backbone of the system — on which you slide and aim your track heads exactly where the light is needed. A polarity groove on the face of the track shows you where the grounding conductor sits, so orientation is never guesswork. The system electrical rating is 20A, 120V, 60Hz: single hot and neutral conductors rated for 20 amps per branch circuit, designed for 120V single-circuit residential applications. Construction you can trust over a long run
The LL Series track is an extruded aluminum track designed to stay straight and true across a full 6-foot span. The extrusion uses 1⁄32" die cast aluminum construction, and inside it 3⁄64" PVC insulators hold the 12 gauge flat conductor wiring firmly in place. The copper electrical conductors are concealed in an insulating thermoplastic low profile rack cross-section, so nothing is exposed once the rail is up. A polarity groove runs along the face of the track to indicate the location of the grounding conductor — a small detail that makes multi-section runs and connector orientation far quicker on site. The WH white finish keeps the rail visually quiet against painted drywall or plaster ceilings.

Electrical and installation details
This is a single-circuit track for 120V applications: track lighting is a single circuit electrical distribution system designed to supply power to lighting units in flexible ways. Single hot and neutral conductors are rated for 20 amps per branch circuit, and the system electrical rating is 20A, 120V, 60Hz. Power can reach the rail several ways depending on your ceiling and junction box location: a live-end (LE6110) feeds power from the end of the track without a canopy, the LE6111 live-end with canopy feeds the end of the track from a junction box, the CF6108 center feed provides power anywhere along the track from a junction box and includes a canopy cover, the CA6106 live-end conduit feed (7⁄8" knockout) works for top or end feed, and the WE6110 wired-end draws power from a receptacle. Connectors, accessories and compatibility
Track sections can be joined together using any of the compatible track connectors, and the Liteline track system is compatible with all Liteline track accessories and connectors. Build an L-shaped or continuous run with the IC6101 I-connector (180°), the LC6102 L-connector (90°), the TC6103 T-connector for three sections at 90° or the XC6104 X-connector for four sections at 90°; use the FC6105 flexible connector to join two sections at varying angles around a bulkhead or sloped wall. Close the run cleanly with the TK6000-END end cap. For suspended installations over an island, a counter or an open-ceiling basement, the TDR62 hollow stem rod kit includes ceiling canopy, mounting brackets and hardware, while RODR62 suspends the track from the ceiling and RODF62 is the hollow stem rod for track fixtures.
