Built small, built toughThe #2000 square puck packs a full recessed luminaire into a face of 50 mm / 1.967", with an overall height of 29 mm / 1.142" and a 27 mm / 1.063" body that disappears into millwork, a shelf or a stair riser. The trim on this SKU is the square profile in
brushed stainless, a finish that plays well with modern appliances, glass shelving and commercial displays. The same platform is offered with round, 1-side, 2-side and louver trims in white, black and brushed stainless, so an entire project can share one cutout and one look family. With an
IP67 protection rating, this puck shrugs off dust and water where most mini recessed lights would not survive.
Light quality and colourThis version is the
RGB model: colour-changing light for accent walls, display cases, bars, home theatres and feature millwork. It puts out 125 lumens from just 1 watt, the equivalent of a 20-watt incandescent lamp, with a CRI greater than 80 so surfaces, finishes and products keep their true tone. The 25º projection angle creates a tight, deliberate pool of light rather than a wide wash — ideal for grazing a backsplash, highlighting a single shelf, or marking a step. The family is also offered in 3000K warm white and 4000K neutral white if a fixed
colour temperature suits the room better.

Installation and electricalBecause this is a
low-voltage fixture running on 12/24 V DC, it needs a DC driver or power supply sized for the total load of the run — at 1 watt per puck, you can group a generous number of them on a single supply while leaving headroom. Drill a clean
35 mm / 1.378 inches cutout, feed the leads through, and seat the puck flush in cabinet tops, shelf undersides, kick plates, stair stringers or shower niches. Keep the driver accessible in a cabinet, soffit or service panel. The fixture is
dimmable, so the dimming method has to be handled on the low-voltage side by a compatible DC dimmer or controller; for the RGB version, an RGB controller manages colour and level together.
Applications, alternatives and documentationThink kitchen island toe-kicks, glass display cabinets in a jewellery or bakery shop, stair lighting in a finished basement, bar shelving, hotel millwork, museum vitrines and wet-area niches where the
IP67 rating counts. Matching the rest of your project is easy: the
LED puck light #2000 square 3000K white and
LED puck light #2000 square 4000K white cover fixed white tones, the
LED puck #2000 louver in brushed stainless RGB adds glare control, and the
LED puck light #2000 round 1 side gives you a one-way directional beam. The full
