Built to hide, made to lastThe #2000 square puck is a recessed mini-luminaire designed to sit flush in cabinet panels, shelf undersides, soffits and furniture. The brushed stainless square trim gives it a clean, modern edge that works just as well against white lacquer millwork as it does on walnut or matte black cabinetry. Its compact body slips into standard millwork thicknesses and cabinet voids, which is exactly why cabinetmakers keep a box of these on the truck: one puck, one small hole, no visible housing, no bulky driver hanging under the shelf.
Light quality that flatters what it touchesAt 125 lumens from 1 watt, this puck is an accent light, not a room light — and that's the point. The 25° projection angle concentrates the beam into a defined pool, so you get sparkle on a countertop, a bottle display or a piece of art instead of washed-out spill. The 3000K warm white tone keeps kitchens, wardrobes and vanities feeling welcoming, while a CRI above 80 renders wood grain, fabrics and merchandise honestly. Because it is dimmable, you can run a row of them at full output while cooking and dial them back to a soft night-light level after dinner.

Wiring and installationThis is a low-voltage fixture: it must be fed by a
12 V or 24 V DC power supply sized for the total load of the run. At 1 watt each, you can group a generous number of pucks on a single driver while keeping headroom — always add up the wattage and leave a margin. Drill the
35 mm cutout, pass the leads, connect them to the low-voltage circuit and seat the puck; no J-box inside the cabinet, no hot surfaces against wood. For dimming, use a driver or controller compatible with low-voltage DC dimming and keep all pucks on the same channel for even output. The
IP67 rating also makes it a solid choice for splash-prone zones like vanity units, bar sinks and shower niches on the dry side of the glass.
Applications, options and documentsThink under-cabinet task lighting in a kitchen, shelf lighting in a retail boutique, toe-kick and stair accents, closet and wardrobe interiors, bar back-bars, reception desks and glass showcases in a dental or jewellery office. The same LCPK2000 platform offers other trims so one project can stay visually consistent: the
louver trim when you want to shield the source from eye level, the
round 1 side version for asymmetric washes, and the
square white trim in 4000K when a cooler, brighter-looking white suits the space better.
