That makes this 85 series version a natural choice for Scandinavian and contemporary interiors, bright retail spaces and healthcare settings where a clean, uncluttered look is essential.

Versatile installation
The 85 series is easy to install and ideal for residential or commercial projects. It can be mounted, suspended or glued to a surface, so the same profile can run under a cabinet, along a ceiling or above a table. Made of 6063-T5 aluminum, these LED extrusions can be installed indoors and outdoors, and the profile accommodates a variety of white and coloured LED strips, including RGB and RGBW. The ordering guide of the series lists an opaque lens and a black lens for anyone who wants to hide the individual LEDs.

Ordering and installation
This SKU is the 16 ft standard length; the series also comes in 8 ft lengths, and custom fabrication up to 192 inches is available. The ordering guide offers a standard or a swivel mounting for aiming the light, and end caps with no hole, with a hole, or one of each. Check your strip width against the technical drawing, plan the wire exits, clean the channel before sticking the strip and keep the power supplies accessible. Line-voltage connections must be made by a licensed electrician in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code.

Applications
Run it under white upper cabinets for bright task lighting, along a bathroom vanity, inside white bookcases and closets, or across the ceiling of an office, a clinic or a classroom for clean linear lighting. In retail, it lights white shelving and wall displays discreetly. For shorter sections, the series includes the LED aluminum profile #85 in 8 ft.
