16 ft length covers long distances with fewer joints, it is a smart choice for corridors, ceilings and retail walls.
Versatile and easy to installThe 85 series is easy to install and ideal for residential or commercial projects. It can be
mounted, suspended or glued to a surface, and these LED extrusions in 6063-T5 aluminum can be installed indoors and outdoors. The aluminum can be painted to match your decor, and the profile accommodates a variety of
white and coloured LED strips, RGB and RGBW included.
Planning your installationThis SKU is the
16 ft standard length; the series is also offered in 8 ft lengths, and custom fabrication up to 192 inches is possible. The ordering guide lists a standard mounting or a
swivel mounting for aiming the light, and end caps with no hole, with a hole, or one of each. Plan your layout on paper first: where each run starts and ends, where the wires exit and where the power supplies will sit. Clean the channel, stick the strip, install the lens, and leave the line-voltage connections to a licensed electrician, in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code.
ApplicationsUse it for
linear lighting in offices and meeting rooms, for accent lines along corridor ceilings, in retail shelving and wall displays, above kitchen cabinets for
indirect light, or under them for task lighting. Suspended, it becomes a sleek line of light above a table or a reception desk. For shorter sections of the same project, the series also includes the
