Measured lumen output at 12W varies with the setting: 1040 at 2700 K, 1090 at 3000 K, 1135 at 3500 K, 1160 at 4000 K and 1145 at 5000 K. Wiring and installationThe fixture ships with an extruded aluminum hardwire box housing a dimmable Class II electronic LED driver with 100-135V AC input, plus an 18" (457 mm)
FT6-rated cable with DC 2.1 connector between driver and fixture, approved for use in plenums and suspended ceilings. Three "quick connect" push-in terminals make wiring fast on a long run of
pot lights, and two spring-loaded clips attach the housing to virtually any ceiling material after a Ø 3 5/8" (92 mm) hole cut. Because it is airtight and approved for direct contact with insulation, it can go straight into insulated attic ceilings; for a proper air seal in new construction or remodel work, a vapour barrier extender is the accessory to look for, along with pre-mounting plates and a new construction mounting kit when you're laying out joists. Accessories are sold separately. Always confirm dimmer compatibility before finalizing a large order.
