Designed for the LUX710 and LUX740
These slim U-shape clips are made to receive the LUX710 and LUX740 aluminum U-shape profiles. The clip is screwed to the mounting surface, then the profile, with its LED strip already inside, is clipped in. Because the clip only has to hold the profile, it stays low and discreet and lets the light line read as a continuous, clean element. The slim format is especially welcome in shallow spaces, such as under a cabinet with a short valance or along a narrow shelf. Each package contains a pair of clips with their screws, ready to install.
Installation tips
Draw a straight reference line with a level or a laser, then position the mounting clips along it, spacing them evenly under the profile. For long runs or ceiling installations, plan additional pairs so the LED profile is supported along its whole length. In drywall, use anchors suited to the surface; in cabinetry, drill small pilot holes to avoid splitting the wood. On a ceiling, check that each screw bites into solid material or a proper anchor. Install the strip in the profile and route its wires before clipping the profile in, and leave a little slack at the feed end so the connection is never pulled.
