Bring a soft, seamless line of light to bright interiors with this white LED aluminum profile and its opaque lens, model LCPROF-49-8FT-WH-LENS-OPAQ. This version of the large square #49 series pairs the white profile with an opaque lens, so the LED strip inside is hidden behind a smooth, even surface. Known as an LED aluminum channel, an aluminum extrusion or an LED strip diffuser profile, it turns an ordinary strip into a refined linear fixture. The 8-foot length is ideal for a pendant over a table, a line of light in a hallway, or accent lighting in a kitchen, a clinic or a boutique.

The profile measures 43 × 43 mm (1.693 in), a large square shape with a clean architectural line. Its channel, 39 mm wide and 20.32 mm deep, accommodates a wide range of LED strips, and the aluminum body provides excellent heat dissipation so your LEDs run cooler and last longer. Made of 6063-T5 aluminum in a white finish that blends with white ceilings and walls, it can also be painted to match your decor. The opaque lens covers the strip for a gentle, uniform glow without visible dots. The profile is certified for the Canadian market and backed by a 3-year warranty.

Hang it as a linear pendant with the available suspension kits, or mount it on the surface of a ceiling or wall. Custom fabrication is available for special projects. Across Canada, from bright Vancouver condos to family kitchens in the Maritimes, a white profile keeps the look light and uncluttered while delivering the clean line of light designers love. Add your favourite LED strip and enjoy a white LED profile that looks custom-built.

White profile and opaque lens in an 8-foot length
This model combines the white #49 aluminum profile with an opaque lens, so the LED strip you choose sits in a closed, neatly finished housing. The #49 series is a large square LED profile of 43 × 43 mm (1.693 in), designed for surface or suspended mounting. In this 8-foot length, model LCPROF-49-8FT-WH-LENS-OPAQ, it suits single fixtures and medium runs where a 16-foot length would be more than you need, and its white finish lets it blend into bright rooms.

Gentle, uniform light
Without a lens, an LED strip reveals each diode as a bright point. The opaque lens blends those points into a soft, even glow that is comfortable to look at, ideal for a suspended linear light over a dining table or a reception desk. Inside, the channel is 39 mm wide and 20.32 mm deep, which accommodates a wide range of LED strips, and the aluminum body provides excellent heat dissipation, drawing heat away from the strip so it performs reliably over time.

Installation
Choose surface mounting for a ceiling or wall line, or suspended mounting with the available suspension kits for a floating pendant. The ordering guide on the spec sheet also lists double-sided mounting tape and no-hole end caps, and custom fabrication is available, including custom lengths specified in inches. The 6063-T5 aluminum can be painted to match your decor. Decide where the power supply will go before you start, and have any new wiring done by a licensed electrician in accordance with the electrical code in force in your province.
