Built to bend, built to lastThis
LED neon flex uses a 3X6mm flexible body over a 4mm PCB, a combination that keeps the fixture discreet while still diffusing the LEDs into one even line. It is a side-bend product: it can be bent perpendicular to the PCB board, with a minimum bending diameter of 60mm and all bending angles kept greater than 60°. Avoid bending the strip where the circuit board is located, never twist it, and remember that multiple bends in the same spot can damage the electronic circuits inside. When unrolling, insert a rod into the scroll, set it on the packing box and rotate — never swing or pull the
flexible LED neon rope light, and never stretch it horizontally during installation.

3000K output with
CRI 90+ makes this
neon led a great choice where colours must stay honest: retail displays, kitchens, restaurants and residential living spaces. It produces 250 lumens per metre at 26 LM/W through a 60º lighting angle, which concentrates the glow along the line instead of scattering it. Keep in mind that the data shown are typical values; because of production and component differences, power may vary by ±10%, and brightness or colour temperature differences under 10% are considered normal.

Electrical and installation detailsInstallation and maintenance must be performed by qualified electricians; non-professionals are strictly prohibited from operating. Always disconnect the power supply and keep the product unpowered during installation — never install a
led neon flex while it is live. Cut only vertically along the marked cutting line; the cut marks are shown by a scissor logo on the PCB at the bottom of the product. When splicing, make the connection secure and reliable, then apply proper insulation, waterproofing and anti-corrosion treatment at every connection point. Before powering up, confirm the wiring and make sure the voltage does not exceed the rated value by more than 0.5V, and avoid running the power supply at full load. Since this product is rated under 14.4W per meter (4.39W per foot), no extra heat sink is needed on the aluminum profile. Do not use organic chemical solvents, acidic or alkaline glue, and never touch the LED surface with sharp tools; do not disassemble, modify or change the length or structure of the product beyond the marked cut points.
Applications, compatibility and documentationThink backlit signage and custom lettering, cove and ceiling perimeters, stair and hallway guides, bar and reception fronts, mirror surrounds, retail shelving and display cases — with IP66 protection it also handles humid or splash-prone areas such as bathrooms and covered exteriors. Runs are limited to 5m per section, so plan multiple feeds for long architectural lines. It works within 24V DC LED strip systems and their accessories, including drivers, connectors, mounting clips and aluminum channels. Compare finishes and colours within the same family:
