Built to bend, made to lastThis
LED neon flex uses a flexible, fully encapsulated body over a 4 mm PCB, giving you a continuous glowing line with no visible diodes and no hot spots. The tiny
3 x 6 mm section is one of the slimmest formats available, so it disappears into coves, reveals, channel letters and handrails. It bends perpendicular to the PCB with a minimum bending diameter of
60 mm, and every bend angle must stay greater than 60° to protect the internal circuits. Avoid bending directly over the circuit board, never twist the strip, and unroll the coil properly — insert a rod into the reel, set it on the box and rotate to unwind rather than pulling the product.
Light quality you can trustWith a
CRI of 90+, colours stay honest: wood tones, textiles, paint finishes and merchandise all look the way they should, which matters in retail, hospitality and kitchens. Output is
250 lumens per metre at
26 lm/W for
9.6W per metre, a level that flatters surfaces without glare, and the
60° lighting angle keeps the beam controlled along the run. Because the light is diffused across the whole length, you get the look of classic
neon signage with modern LED efficiency and no glass to break.

Electrical and installation notesInstallation must be done by a qualified electrician, with the power disconnected — never install or splice a live strip. Cut only on the marked cut lines (a scissor logo on the PCB, on the underside), respecting the
33.33 mm cut size, and keep each run within the
5 m maximum length. At every splice, make a secure connection and apply proper insulation, waterproofing and anti-corrosion treatment. Confirm wiring before powering up and keep the supply voltage within 0.5V of the rated
24V DC; do not run the power supply at full load. Because this strip draws 9.6W/m, under 14.4W/m, no extra heat sink is required on an aluminum profile. Avoid organic solvents, acidic or alkaline glues and strong acid or alkali environments, and never touch the LED surface with sharp tools.
Where it works and what's availableThink toe-kick and under-cabinet lines in a kitchen, a glowing perimeter on a garage or basement ceiling, stair nosings, headboard backlighting, bar and reception fronts, display cases, gym mirrors and backlit
LED neon signs or logos. The
IP66 rating covers dusty shops and damp, sheltered areas. Need other looks from the same family? Compare the
