Built to bend, built to lastThis
LED neon flex is a sealed, flexible light line with a 3x6mm cross-section and a 4mm printed circuit board inside, so it stays slim enough to disappear into a shadow gap, a millwork reveal or a channel letter. It bends perpendicular to the PCB with a minimum bending diameter of 60mm, and every bend angle must stay greater than 60° to protect the circuits inside. Avoid bending directly over the circuit board, never twist the roll, and unroll it by inserting a rod through the spool rather than pulling on the strip. Cuts are made vertically on the marked cutting line — the scissor logo printed on the bottom of the PCB — every 33.33mm, which lets you size letters, coves and shelf runs precisely.
Light quality you can trustWith a
90+ CRI, colours stay honest: wood grain, paint, fabric and food all read correctly, which matters as much in a retail display as it does over a kitchen island. The
60º beam angle concentrates the output into a tight, even line with no hot spots or visible diodes, and each metre produces
250 lumens from
9.6W at an efficiency of 26 lm/W. Because it is
dimmable, you can install one continuous line and still get bright task light when you need it and a low, ambient wash the rest of the time.

Wiring and installationInstallation must be done by a qualified electrician, with the power disconnected — never install or splice a
24V LED neon flex while it is energized. Respect the 5m maximum run per feed point and plan your 24V DC power supply so it is not run at full load; confirm the wiring before energizing and keep the voltage within 0.5V of the rating. At 9.6W/m, this line stays under the 14.4W/m threshold, so no additional heat sink is required on an aluminum profile — a real advantage for tight coves and furniture. At splices, make the connection secure and add proper insulation, waterproofing and anti-corrosion treatment. Avoid organic solvents, acidic or alkaline glues, sharp tools, and never modify the structure or length of the strip outside the marked cut points.
Applications, family and documentationThink cove lighting in a living room or hotel corridor, under-cabinet and toe-kick lines in a kitchen, stair nosings, backlit bathroom mirrors, gym and
garage ceiling perimeters, bar fronts, storefront window outlines, channel letters and custom
neon sign lettering for a café or barbershop. The 30-metre roll is ideal for large continuous runs where splices would show. Within the same family you can mix formats: the
Neon Flex 9.6W/m 3x6mm and the
Flex Neon 3x6mm 24V 9.6W 40K share the same profile, while the
Flex Neon 6W/m 6x6mm offers a wider, softer line. The full technical PDF for this SKU is available in the Documentation tab — download it for the cutting, bending and installation diagrams before you start your layout.
