Electrical and installation notes
Being a 24V DC constant-voltage product, it needs a 24 V constant-voltage LED driver sized for the total wattage of your run — count 9.6 W per metre, then leave headroom. Cut only on the marked points, every 33.33 mm, and use the proper end caps, connectors and mounting clips for a clean, sealed finish; the IP66 rating protects against dust and water jets, which is welcome around kitchens, bathrooms, pool rooms and covered entries. For dimming, pair it with a PWM dimmer or a driver with PWM output so the fade stays smooth and flicker-free from bright to low. Feed long runs from both ends or split them into sections to avoid voltage drop, and keep the silicone away from sharp edges when you shape it.
