Built to bend, built to lastThis
LED neon flex uses a flexible, fully encapsulated 6x6mm profile with a diffusing outer body, so the light reads as one continuous line instead of a row of individual diodes. That's what separates true
neon flex from a bare strip: you can bend it into letters, script, arcs and coves and the glow stays even the whole way. The compact 6x6mm cross-section is one of the smallest formats available, ideal for tight reveals, thin channels, signage returns and millwork grooves where a larger tube would look bulky or simply not fit.
Light quality and outputRunning at 6W per metre on
24V DC, this neon flex delivers a crisp, controlled 60º beam that keeps the light where you aim it. It's a
dimmable product, compatible with DMX, PWM, 0-10V and MLV incandescent dimming, which gives designers real creative range: full output for daytime signage and storefront visibility, low output for mood and evening ambiance. Because it's a constant-voltage product, every section of the run receives the same voltage, so colour and brightness stay consistent from the first metre to the last.

Cutting, connecting and installingThe flex is cuttable every
27.78mm at the marked cut lines, so you can size each run to the exact letter, shelf or cove. Wiring is straightforward: connect red to positive and black to negative on the PCB, or follow the specific requirements of your control setup. End caps come in several configurations — with horizontal outlet, with left/right outlet, with vertical outlet, or without line out — and are sealed by applying glue around and inside the cap, sliding it on in the direction of the arrow, then applying glue at the outlet point and wiping off the excess. Repeat at the other end and the run is sealed. For mounting, use the fixed clips: choose the clip and screw suited to the product, fasten the clip in position with M3 screws, then press the flex into the clip with the light-emitting side facing outward. Stainless steel rings are also part of the accessory range.
Wiring runs the right wayParallel connections are strongly recommended for this type of installation, and it's important not to exceed the recommended length — past that point the run starts to dim and the strip can be damaged over time. For a longer continuous line, use a middle connection: a parallel feed wired to the middle of the run prevents dimming at the far end. You can also power the flex from both ends with a double-end connection, which doubles the maximum run length; two identical power supplies can be used, one at each end. Maximum length per run is 5m.
Applications and documentationThink backlit bar fronts and menu boards in restaurants, illuminated logos and window lettering in boutiques, cove lighting in living rooms and hotel corridors, stair and handrail accents, gym and salon feature walls, and covered exterior soffits in Canadian climates thanks to the -20°C to 60°C range and IP67 rating.
