The ATK series is an extruded aluminum track designed for use with A-Line track fixtures, offered in 2', 4', 6', 8' and 12' nominal lengths; this ATK08 is the 8-foot run. The extrusion is made of 0.06" extruded aluminum with a PVC bus bar support holding 12 gauge round bus bars, and a polarity groove on the face of the track clearly indicates the location of the grounding conductor — a small detail your electrician will appreciate. The single hot and neutral conductors are rated for a maximum capacity of 20 Amps, meaning 2400 watts per circuit at 120V, and the copper electrical conductors stay concealed inside the low-profile thermo-plastic track section. The track is cULus listed and backed by a 5 year warranty.

This 8 ft track shines over kitchen counters and islands, in basements and lofts, along retail shelving, in showrooms, salons, restaurants and small offices where display lighting has to move as the merchandise moves. It is surface mounted with the supplied mounting hardware, and suspended mounting is possible with accessories ordered separately — handy for Canadian basements and high commercial ceilings. Built to last, built to disappear
The ATK series is an extruded aluminum track made for A-Line track fixtures, and the ATK08-BN is the 8-foot nominal section in Brushed Nickel. The extrusion is constructed of 0.06" extruded aluminum with a PVC bus bar support holding 12 gauge round bus bars, so the track rail stays rigid across a long run instead of bowing between supports. A polarity groove runs along the face of the track to indicate the location of the grounding conductor, which makes orienting joiners, feeds and heads straightforward on site. The low-profile thermo-plastic track section conceals the copper electrical conductors, giving you a clean line on the ceiling rather than an industrial-looking channel.

Electrical capacity and safety
This is a single circuit power distribution system designed to supply lighting units flexibly. The single hot and neutral conductors are rated for a maximum capacity of 20 Amps — 2400 watts per circuit at 120V — which leaves plenty of headroom for a full row of LED track heads on one run. The product is cULus listed, and Liteline backs it with a 5 year warranty. Where local requirements or a designer's spec call for limiting the load on a run, the family includes current limiters such as the ATKPCL-06-1C, ATKPCL-09-1C and ATKPCL-11-1C, offered with 1~14 amp options.

Installation and accessories
The track is surface mounted using the supplied mounting hardware, and suspended installations are available with accessories ordered separately: hollow suspension rod kits (RODF, RODR), the ATKXW rod system, the A-TDR62 hollow stem rod kit, the ATKA250 4.75" sloped ceiling canopy kit, and aircraft cable sets such as A-BEAM-10AC-xx and A-BEAM-20AC-xx, or the ATKM420 and ATKM421 suspension kits. Power it with a live end feed (ATKP09, ATKP11), a center feed (ATKP08), a conduit feed (ATKP06, ATKP06R), a plug-in cord feed (ATKP10) or a monopoint feed (ATKP109). Shape the layout with the ATKC01 'I' connector, the ATKC05 flexible connector, the ATKP02 'L' and 'I' feed connector, the ATKP03 'T' feed or the ATKP04-1C 'X' feed. Pendant adapters (ATKA310 chain, ATKA31A cord), the ATKA321 receptacle and the ATKA320 track hook rated for a 7 lb maximum weight round things out. Note that the 12-foot option is not available in the US; Liteline recommends pairing an 8-foot section with a 4-foot section and a joiner to reach a 12-foot run.

Compatibility, projects and documentation
The system is compatible with all A-Line and Juno style track fixtures, accessories and connectors, so you are not locked into a single head. Compatible LED track fixtures include APOLLO LED, SORA LED, ATLAS, DELTA, FLEX, TEARDROP, DINE (T-LEDDNG), FOCUS (ATF8010), Flight (ATF7607 and ATF7610) and models such as ATF7250, ATF7415, ATF7425, ATF7509, ATF7545 and ATF7630 — including the 8.5W LED track head ATF7509-DTW-38-WH.
