The ATK06-WH is a 6-foot single circuit track lighting section from LITELINE's ATK series, an extruded aluminum track rail in a clean white finish made to carry A-Line track fixtures wherever you want the light to land. People call it a track rail, a track lighting bar, a lighting track section or simply the track that track lighting heads clip into — same thing. It is the backbone of any track system: you mount the rail, you add power feed and connectors, then you snap on as many heads as the run needs. Perfect for kitchens, living rooms, galleries, boutiques, cafés and office spaces where fixed pot lights simply can't follow a new furniture plan.

This is a single circuit power distribution system designed to supply lighting units flexibly. The single hot and neutral conductors are rated for a maximum capacity of 20 Amps (2400 watts per circuit) at 120V, so one run can feed a serious number of LED heads without breaking a sweat. The extrusion is built from 0.06" extruded aluminum with a PVC bus bar support holding 12 gauge round bus bars, and the copper electrical conductors stay concealed in a thermo-plastic, low-profile track section. A polarity groove on the face of the track shows you exactly where the grounding conductor sits — a small detail that saves real time on install. The profile measures 5⁄8" (16mm) by 1 3⁄8" (35mm), it is cULus listed, and it is backed by a 5 year warranty.

The ATK series is an extruded aluminum track designed for use with A-Line track fixtures, available in 2', 4', 6', 8' and 12' nominal lengths — this SKU is the 6-foot white version. The body is constructed of 0.06" extruded aluminum with a 0.045" PVC bus bar support holding 12 gauge round bus bars, a combination that keeps the rail rigid over a long span while protecting the conductors. The copper electrical conductors are concealed inside the thermo-plastic, low-profile track section, and a polarity groove on the face of the track indicates the location of the grounding conductor so orientation is never guesswork. The white finish blends into painted drywall ceilings, which is exactly what you want when the fixtures — not the rail — should be the visible part of the design.

Installation, mounting and accessories
The track is surface mounted using the supplied mounting hardware — straight onto drywall, wood or concrete ceilings with the right anchors. Suspended mounting opens up loft, retail and commercial ceilings: hollow suspension rod kits (RODF), a 12" hollow stem rod (RODR), the ATKXW track suspension rod system, sloped ceiling canopy kit ATKA250 for track down-rods 2"-96", and aircraft cable suspension kits ATKM420 (180" aircraft cable) and ATKM421 (250" AC). Power gets in through feeds such as ATKP09 (live end power feed), ATKP10 (wired end power feed with 15' plug-in cord), ATKP08 (center feed), ATKP11 (live end power feed with canopy cover) and ATKP109 (monopoint power feed), while ATKC01 ('I'), ATKP02 ('L' and 'I'), ATKP03 ('T'), ATKP04-1C ('X') and the flexible ATKC05 connector let you turn corners and build continuous runs. Pendant adapters ATKA310 (chain) and ATKA31A (cord), the ATKA321 receptacle for 3-prong plugs and the ATKA320 track hook (7lb maximum weight) round out the system. The track system is compatible with all A-Line and Juno style track fixtures, accessories and connectors, which makes it a safe choice for retrofits where older heads are staying on the job.
