The ATK04-SL is a 4' single circuit extruded aluminum track lighting rail in a Silver finish, part of the LITELINE ATK series designed for use with A-Line track fixtures. People look for it under many names — track rail, track bar, lighting rail, single circuit track section, or simply the track you snap track lighting heads onto — and it all means the same thing: the backbone of a flexible lighting layout you can add to, re-aim and reconfigure whenever the space changes.

This is a single circuit power distribution system built to feed your fixtures flexibly. The extrusion is made of 0.06" extruded aluminum with a PVC bus bar support holding 12 gauge round bus bars, and a polarity groove on the face of the track clearly indicates the location of the grounding conductor — a small detail that saves real time on install day. Single hot and neutral conductors are rated for a maximum capacity of 20 Amps (2400 watts per circuit) at 120V, with copper electrical conductors concealed in a thermo-plastic, low-profile track section that stays discreet against the ceiling. The profile measures 5⁄8" (16 mm) by 1 3⁄8" (35 mm), and the ATK04 length is listed at 1121 mm excluding end caps. It is cULus listed and backed by a 5 year warranty.

Built from a solid extrusion
The ATK series is an extruded aluminum track made for A-Line track fixtures, offered in 2', 4', 6', 8' and 12' nominal lengths — this SKU is the 4' section in Silver. The body is constructed of 0.06" extruded aluminum with a PVC bus bar support that holds 12 gauge round bus bars, so the current-carrying parts stay firmly aligned along the whole run. A polarity groove runs along the face of the track to indicate the location of the grounding conductor, which makes it easy to keep multiple sections oriented the same way when you build a long run or turn a corner with connectors.

Electrical capacity and safety
This is a single circuit power distribution system designed to supply lighting units flexibly. Single hot and neutral conductors are rated for a maximum capacity of 20 Amps (2400 watts per circuit) at 120V, which leaves plenty of headroom for a full row of LED heads. Installation and accessories
The track is surface mounted using the supplied mounting hardware, so a straight run over a kitchen island or a retail wall goes up quickly once your feed location is set. Suspended mounting is available with accessories ordered separately, including hollow stem and suspension rod kits, sloped ceiling canopy kits and aircraft cable suspension kits. Power feeds and connectors are also ordered separately: live end power feeds, wired end and plug-in cord feeds, monopoint feeds, centre feeds, conduit feeds, 'I', 'L', 'T' and 'X' connectors and a flexible connector let you shape L-runs, T-runs and continuous rows. Current limiters with 1~14 amp options are available when a circuit needs to be restricted. Note that a 12-foot run can be built from an 8-foot section plus a 4-foot section joined together.

Compatibility, applications and documentation
The system is compatible with all A-Line and Juno style track fixtures, accessories and connectors, which opens the door to a wide family of LED heads and pendant adapters — pendant adapters for chain or cord, a track receptacle that accepts 3-prong plugs, and a track hook rated for 7 lb maximum weight. Compatible LED track fixtures include the APOLLO LED, SORA LED, ATLAS, DELTA, FLEX, FOCUS, TEARDROP, DINE and Flight families, along with heads such as the ATF7509-DTW-38-WH track head. In practice, this means one rail can light a boutique's merchandise wall, a café's art display, a dental office reception or a home gallery hallway — and be re-aimed later without touching the ceiling. If Silver isn't your finish, the same section is offered as ATK04-BN in brushed nickel or ATK04-BK in black.
