Built to disappear into the ceiling
The LUNA 3.5" round fixed downlight is built around a durable airtight fixed aluminum body with an anodized blue heat sink that maximizes airflow around the LED light source — the single best predictor of how long an integrated LED recessed light will hold its output. The fixture measures 4 3/8" (111 mm) across the trim with a 3 3/8" (85 mm) body, a 3 1/16" (78 mm) depth and a 4 3/16" (106 mm) span at the clips, and it drops into a Ø 3 5/8" (92 mm) hole cut. Two spring loaded clips attach it to any ceiling material, which is what makes it such a fast retrofit in existing drywall, plaster or panelled ceilings. This SKU ships with the brushed nickel (BN) trim finish.

Light quality and dim-to-warm control
The 12 watt LED module maintains uniform intensity and produces up to 600 lumens with a typical CRI of 90, so colours, cabinetry and merchandise read true instead of washed out. Wiring and installation
Power comes from an extruded aluminum hardwire box housing a 300 mA dimmable class II electronic LED driver with 100-135 V AC input. Three "Quick connect" push-in terminals make wiring fast — no wire nuts, no fumbling above your head — and an 18" (457 mm) FT6 rated cable with a DC 2.1 connector links the driver to the fixture, approved for use in plenums and suspended ceilings. The fixture is suitable for wet locations and approved for direct contact with insulation, so it can go in an insulated attic ceiling, under a soffit or in a shower area without a separate housing.
