This is extruded aluminum track with flat, solid integral conductors rated 20 amps per branch circuit. The system electrical rating is 20A, 120V, 60Hz, so it drops right into standard residential and light commercial circuits. Construction is 1⁄32" die-cast aluminum with 3⁄64" PVC insulators holding 12-gauge flat conductor wiring, and a polarity groove runs along the face of the track to show exactly where the grounding conductor sits — no guesswork when you slot in a head. The copper electrical conductors stay concealed inside an insulating thermoplastic cross-section, and the low-profile extrusion measures just ¾" (21 mm) by 1 3⁄8" (35 mm) with a 48" (1219 mm) length. The silver (SL) finish keeps it discreet against white, grey or wood ceilings.

Built from solid extruded aluminum
The TK6004-SL is a 4-ft section of LITELINE LL Series track, made from 1⁄32" die-cast aluminum extrusion. Inside, 3⁄64" PVC insulators hold 12-gauge flat conductor wiring in place, and the copper electrical conductors are fully concealed in an insulating thermoplastic low-profile rack cross-section. A polarity groove is located on the face of the track to indicate the location of the grounding conductor, which makes orienting heads and connectors quick and repeatable. At ¾" (21 mm) high and 1 3⁄8" (35 mm) wide, the profile stays visually light on the ceiling while the extrusion does the structural work.

Single-circuit 120V power, 20 amps
This is a 1-circuit track designed for 120V applications. The single hot and neutral conductors are rated for 20 Amps per branch circuit, and the system electrical rating is 20A, 120V, 60Hz. Track lighting is a single-circuit electrical distribution system built to supply power to lighting units in flexible ways — meaning you decide where the light goes, and you can change your mind later without touching the drywall. Connectors, feeds and accessories
The Liteline track system is compatible with all Liteline track accessories and connectors, and sections join together using any of the compatible track connectors. Power can come in several ways: CA6106 live-end conduit feed (7⁄8" knockout) for top or end feed, CF6108 center feed with canopy cover for power anywhere along the track from a junction box, LE6110 live-end (no canopy), LE6111 live-end with canopy, or WE6110 wired-end that feeds the track from a receptacle. To shape the run, use the IC6101 I-connector at 180°, the LC6102 L-connector at 90°, the TC6103 T-connector for three sections at 90°, the XC6104 X-connector for four sections at 90°, or the FC6105 flexible connector for varying angles. Finish the run with a TK6000-END end cap. For suspended installations, the TDR62 hollow stem rod kit includes the ceiling canopy, mounting brackets and hardware, while RODR62 suspends the track from the ceiling and RODF62 drops the fixtures themselves. Accessories are sold separately.

Where it works and what's in the box of documents
Use this 4-ft rail over a kitchen island or peninsula, along a hallway of framed photos, above a home office desk, in a finished basement, or across a retail display wall, café counter, salon station or small gallery.
