27W or 48W in a compact square format
The WRK2748 comes in a 27W version and a 48W version that share the same 4.25 inch square format. The 27W version uses 9 high-intensity 3W LEDs and a 30-degree spot beam that reaches far ahead, perfect for trails, fields and long driveways. The 48W version uses 16 high-intensity 3W LEDs with a 60-degree beam that covers a wider area around the vehicle or machine. Combine them to see far ahead and light up your work zone at the same time.
Light quality
Both versions deliver a cool white 6,000K to 6,500K light, close to daylight, which makes it easier to spot obstacles, read the terrain and see what your hands are doing at night. Compared with old halogen work lamps, LED work lights draw far less power from your battery and spare you frequent bulb changes, thanks here to a rated lifetime of 30,000 hours. The compact square shape also keeps the light discreet on a bumper, a roll bar or a machine cab.
Electrical and installation details
With a 10 to 30V DC input range, this 12V LED work light suits the electrical systems of the vehicles and machines listed below. Plan a fused circuit and a switch for each light or group of lights, route wires away from moving parts and heat sources, and seal your connections to keep moisture out. If you install several lights, a relay lets the switch in the cab carry only a small current. The IP65 waterproofing protects the light itself against dust and water jets, making it suitable for exterior mounting on vehicles and boats.
