Built for everyday sockets
The Colored A19 6W LED bulb keeps the classic pear-shaped A19 profile that North American lamps were designed around: 112 mm long by 61 mm wide, with a standard medium E26 socket. The housing is plastic, which keeps the bulb light in a shade or a string-light socket and forgiving if it gets knocked around during a party teardown or a holiday installation. Colour comes from the LED itself rather than a painted coating, so the bulb delivers a saturated Amber, Red, Green or Blue tone straight from the source.
Light quality and colour output
Output is measured per colour: Amber gives 130 lumens, Red 110 lumens, Green 110 lumens and Blue 111 lumens. These are decorative and accent levels — enough to fill a porch, a window display or a themed corner with colour, not to replace a task light. The 200° beam angle is the real asset here: the colour spills wide and even, so a single bulb in a table lamp or a lantern washes a whole area instead of throwing a hard spot on one wall. The LEDs are supplied by Luminus.

Electrical and installation notes
Installation could not be simpler: cut the power, remove the old bulb, thread in the LED. The bulb runs on AC110V~130V, so it works on ordinary residential and commercial circuits without a driver, transformer or controller. It is non dimmable, so leave it on a standard on/off switch, a timer or a smart plug rather than a dimmer — that also avoids flicker and buzzing. The -40 to 45° working temperature range means it handles an unheated garage, a covered porch or a cold-weather outdoor display, as long as the fixture itself protects the bulb from direct water. At 6W, you can put several on one circuit or one extension without loading it down, which is handy for long strings of festoon sockets at an event.
Where it earns its keep, and documentation
Think Halloween walkways in orange amber, red accent bulbs behind a bar shelf, green and blue in a basement games room or a home theatre corner, blue bulbs in a restaurant patio lantern, or a mixed palette of all four in a photo booth. Businesses use them for seasonal window displays, escape rooms, themed dining rooms and stage props; homeowners use them for porches, decks, party tents and kids' bedrooms. Since the price is per bulb, you can order exactly the mix of Amber, Red, Green and Blue your project calls for.
