Built small, built solidThe MicroLED body is constructed from
machined aluminum, a material choice that matters in a fixture this compact: it keeps the LED cool and the finish crisp year after year. The round face measures 15/16" (24 mm) with an 11/16" (18 mm) housing and a 1/8" (3 mm) low-profile trim, while the recessed version sits in a 13/16" (21 mm) opening, and the surface-mount base adds a 1 9/16" (40 mm) footprint at 1 1/8" (29 mm). Each fixture comes with 6" (152 mm) of lead wire. The
anodized black finish (ABK in the model code) is designed to vanish into dark millwork or read as a deliberate design detail on pale cabinetry.
Light quality you can seeThis is an accent light built for people who care about how things look. The
3000 K colour temperature is a soft, warm white that flatters wood, brass and skin tones, and the
90+ CRI rendering means reds and browns stay rich instead of going flat. The M option in the model code gives a
40-degree medium beam spread — the versatile middle ground for shelves, counters and display cases. Output is up to 102 lumens from 1.4 W, and the LED maintains 70% of its lumens at 50,000 hours of average life, so a full kitchen or showroom installation ages evenly rather than drifting in colour and brightness.

Wiring, drivers and controlsThe fixture runs on
24V DC constant voltage and the driver is sold separately, which lets you size the system to the job. Each light is supplied with 22 AWG 2-SPL wire for
hardwire linking from fixture to fixture and back to the driver; always use a wire type and gauge suitable for the application. Plug-in 24V drivers are offered in 24W (maximum 6 units), 36W (maximum 8 units) and 60W (maximum 15 units); hardwire box drivers in 24W (maximum 6 units), 36W (maximum 9 units) and 60W (maximum 16 units). For
dimmable installations, the Class II electronic hardwire drivers come in 30W (maximum 8 units), 60W (maximum 16 units) and 96W (maximum 30 units). Drivers with a DC 2.1 jack require a power feed such as the LED-HWB-DC21-6-PF. Accessories include the LED-DIM 24V touch dimmer for non-dimming drivers and the LED-SP-4 harness for up to 4 runs. Smart control is possible with the OnCloud driver kit OC-HWB-60WUCP-1C or the LC-DVR-CV96W1UCP-1C adapter, plus the LC-CRTL-3WAY-1 switch and LC-CRTL-DIM-1 dimmer.
Where to use it, and what's in the Documentation tabThink toe-kicks and upper cabinet undersides in a kitchen, a lit niche in a bathroom vanity, glass shelving in a retail display case, a coved ceiling in a basement theatre, bulkheads, furniture lighting and drywall accents. It is rated for indoor, damp locations and approved for direct contact with insulation, and for recessed installs the host material must be a minimum of 9.5 mm (3/8") thick. Mixing beams and finishes across one project is easy: the family also includes
square 30° anodized black and
4000 K round medium versions. The complete technical spec sheet, with dimensions, ordering guide and full driver compatibility list, is available in the Documentation tab of this page.
