24V MICROLED LIGHT - MLED1-1RM30-24H90FWH

SKU: MLED1-1RM30-24H90FWH

Brand: LITELINE

Some of the best lighting is the kind you never see — only feel. The 24V MicroLED light MLED1-1RM30-24H90FWH is a tiny recessed or surface-mount accent fixture, the kind of LED puck light people hunt for when they search "kitchen lights puck", "display cabinet lighting" or "bathroom cabinet light". Machined from solid aluminum in a flat white finish, this round MicroLED puck disappears into millwork, shelving and cove details, then throws a clean, jewel-like beam exactly where you want it. Cabinetmakers use it for under-cabinet task light over a counter, designers slip it into bulkheads and drywall reveals, and retailers line it inside display cases so merchandise pops. Hardwired and driven by a separate 24V DC constant voltage power supply, it is built for real, permanent installations — not a battery stick-on gimmick.

Behind that small face is serious light quality: a 1.4 watt LED chip delivering up to 102 lumens at 97 lm/W, with a warm and flattering 3000 K colour temperature and a minimum CRI of 90+ so wood grain, quartz, skin tones and product packaging all read true. This model uses the Medium 40° beam spread — wide enough to wash a countertop or a shelf evenly, tight enough to stay an accent. It runs on 24V DC, is rated for indoor and damp environments, and smoothly dims from 100% down to 1% when paired with a dimmable driver (dimming technology follows the power supply you choose). Projected life is 50,000 hours at 70% lumen maintenance, and it carries a 3-year warranty. The body measures 33mm across the trim with an 18mm profile, and it is approved for direct contact with insulation. For recessed mounting, material thickness must be at least 9.5mm (3/8").

Kitchens, pantries, wine cabinets, vanities, bookcases, reception desks, jewellery and bakery display cases — anywhere a Canadian renovation needs discreet, high-CRI accent light. Each fixture ships with 22 AWG 2-SPL wire for linking fixture to fixture and back to the driver, so long runs of millwork stay tidy. Want the same 3000 K light in another finish or shape? Compare the MicroLED MLED1-1RM30-24H90ABK in anodized black, the MicroLED MLED1-1RM30-24H90AL in brushed aluminum, the narrow 30° beam MicroLED MLED1-1RN30-24H90FWH, or the square MicroLED MLED1-1SN30-24H90FWH. Plan your driver, order your pucks, and let the light do the talking.

Built small, built solid
The MicroLED body is constructed from machined aluminum, which is why such a small fixture can shed heat and keep its output honest over time. It is designed for both surface and recessed mounting, for indoor use only, and it is approved for direct contact with insulation — a real advantage when pucks land in a bulkhead or a closed soffit. Overall the round fixture measures 33mm at the trim, 24mm at the body and 18mm deep, with a 21mm and 3mm stepped profile at the face; the mounting footprint extends to 40mm by 29mm. For recessed installs, remember the minimum material thickness of 9.5mm (3/8") — standard for 3/4" cabinet panels and most millwork, but worth checking on thin shelving.

Light quality you can see on the counter
This SKU is factory-set at 3000 K, the warm-white tone most Canadian kitchens and vanities are built around, and it delivers a minimum CRI of 90+ so colours stay rich instead of washed out. Output reaches up to 102 lumens from a 1.4 watt LED chip, an efficacy of 97 lm/W, with 70% lumen maintenance at 50,000 hours of average life. The lens on this model produces the Medium 40° beam spread, a balanced pool of light that overlaps nicely when pucks are spaced along a run of cabinets, shelving or a cove.

Wiring, drivers and controls
Every fixture is supplied with 22 AWG 2-SPL wire for hardwiring puck to puck and back to the driver; use wire type and gauge suitable for the application. A 24V constant voltage driver is sold separately and determines how many fixtures a circuit can carry: the LED-DVR-24V-24W plug-in driver handles a maximum of 6 units, the LED-DVR-24V-36W up to 8, the LED-DVR-24V-60W up to 15. Hardwire boxes follow the same logic — LED-HWB-24V-24W up to 6 units, LED-HWB-24V-36W up to 9 units, LED-HWB-24V-60W up to 16 units. For true dimmable installations, the Class II electronic hardwire drivers HWB-DIM-CDC-24V-30W (max 8 units), HWB-DIM-CDC-24V-60W (max 16 units) and HWB-DIM-CDC-24V-96W (max 30 units) give the full 100~1% range. Smart control is possible through the OnCloud driver kit OC-HWB-60WUCP-1C or the OnCloud adapter LC-DVR-CV96W1UCP-1C, paired with the LC-CRTL-DIM-1 smart dimmer or the LC-CRTL-3WAY-1 smart 3-way switch. Drivers with a DC 2.1 jack require the LED-HWB-DC21-6-PF power feed, and the LED-SP-4 harness splits a run into up to 4 branches. A 24V LED-DIM touch dimmer is also offered for non-dimming drivers.

Where it earns its keep — and the paperwork
Think under-cabinet task lighting over a kitchen counter, grazing light in a cove or bulkhead, shelf lighting in a wine cellar or bookcase, vanity and medicine-cabinet accents, furniture lighting, and display case lighting in a bakery, boutique or jewellery shop where 90+ CRI sells the product. Because the fixture is rated Indoor, Damp, it also suits enclosed bathroom millwork. Mix finishes and beams across a single project by pairing this flat white puck with the MicroLED MLED1-1RN30-24H90FWH narrow beam for deep shelves, or the MicroLED MLED1-1RM30-24H90AL in brushed aluminum. The full spec sheet PDF is available in the Documentation tab, with dimensions, the ordering guide and the complete compatible driver list — handy to hand over to your electrician or cabinetmaker before the panels go up.
