Built as individual modules, not a continuous strip
Instead of a single flexible tape, this LED MONTREAL kit gives you 20 separate LED modules linked by wire. Each module measures 1.7 cm and carries one LED, and each one has a self-adhesive backing so it can be pressed directly onto plastic, wood, cardboard, foam or fabric-backed surfaces. The chain can be twisted and shaped freely, which is exactly what a rigid LED strip can't do when you're working inside a model building, around a curved prop or behind an irregular object.
Light quality and spacing you control
The kit is offered in cool white or warm white: cool white for a crisp, technical look on models, machinery mock-ups and modern display cases, warm white for cozy miniature interiors, costume glows and retail props where a softer tone feels more natural. The 6 cm of wire between modules lets you decide the density of the light yourself — bunch several modules together over one area for a stronger pool of brightness, or stretch them out to wash a longer surface with a gentler, more even effect. Fully spread out, the 20-module chain covers a total length of 1.6 m.

Installation, power and expansion
Plan your layout first: lay the chain out dry, position each module where the light should land, then peel and stick. Because the modules can be used separately, as a partial kit, or combined with other kits, you're never locked into all twenty at once — cut your project down to five modules for a small diorama, or chain several kits for a larger build. For bigger installations, remember the limit: up to 4 sets of 20 modules on a single circuit, 80 LEDs total. The battery-powered option is what makes this kit travel-friendly, keeping wearable costumes, portable displays and off-grid props running without hunting for an outlet.
Where it earns its place
Model makers use it to light windows in miniature buildings and streetlamps on model railroads. Costume and prop builders run it inside helmets, armour panels and staffs. Retailers and sign shops hide modules inside display boxes, letter faces and shelving to backlight product or lettering. Contractors and small businesses reach for it when a project needs discreet accent points rather than a full run of tape. Since this listing is the module only, pair it with the power source and accessories your project already uses, and keep the spacing flexible until the very last second — that's the whole advantage of working with modules instead of a fixed strip.
