Built to last, built to stay cool
Heat is what kills small LED bulbs, and this one answers with a ceramic casing rather than plain plastic. Ceramic helps pull heat away from the diode, which supports the rated 35 000 hour lifetime — years of service in fixtures that stay on for long retail or hospitality hours. The bulb is compact at 50mm in length, the same footprint as a standard PAR16 halogen, so it slips into most open retrofit fixtures and track heads without spacing headaches. Its operating range of -20~40°C means it stays reliable in cooler spaces like a garage workshop, a three-season room or a display cooler surround, as long as the location stays dry.
Light quality and colour
The light source is an Epistar LED chip in an SMD format, delivering a broad 120° beam angle. That wide spread is what makes this bulb a flood rather than a spot: instead of a tight circle of light on the floor, you get an even wash across a shelf, a counter or a wall of product. Two colour temperatures are offered so you can match the room: 3000K Warm White for living spaces, restaurants, hotel millwork and anywhere you want skin tones and wood finishes to look inviting, and 5000K Cool White for a clean, bright, neon-like output in workshops, display cases and task zones. Because it is a dimmable LED bulb, you can dial the level down for evening ambience and back up when you need full punch.

Electrical and installation notes
This is the detail that matters most: the bulb runs on 12V DC, not 120V line voltage. It must be powered by a 12V DC supply feeding the fixture — never wire it directly to a standard household circuit. Confirm that your existing low-voltage fixture, cabinet system or track is 12V DC before installing, and size the power supply so the total wattage of all connected bulbs stays within its capacity. Installation itself is refreshingly simple: cut power, insert the two pins of the GU10 base, push gently and twist until it locks. For dimming, use a control that is compatible with the 12V DC supply driving the circuit; dimming a low-voltage LED is done on the supply side, so plan the dimmer and the power supply together rather than as an afterthought.
Where it earns its keep, and what's in the Documentation tab
Retailers use these bulbs in showcases, jewellery displays and shelf-mounted track heads where a wide, soft flood flatters merchandise. Homeowners put them in low-voltage millwork, built-in bookcases, bar backs and basement renovations where a 12V system is already in place. Contractors like them in hotel casegoods, restaurant niches and office display walls, since replacing a 35W halogen with a 3W LED cuts the load dramatically and lets more heads share the same supply.
