Turn any ceiling into a smart, glare-free ceiling with the LUNA 4" OnCloud Tunable White, model RA4-12RG-WZ-90WH. This is the 4-inch regressed gimbal recessed fixture — the kind of light most people simply call a pot light, a recessed downlight or an LED downlight — but with the LED module set deep inside the trim and an adjustable gimbal that lets you aim the beam exactly where you want it. Because it runs on Wi-Fi, you control brightness and white tone from your phone, with no wall dimmer to rewire. It's a natural choice for renovations, new construction, condo living rooms, hallways, kitchens, offices, boutiques and soffits, and it pairs easily with other surface and gimbal fixtures already in your lighting plan.

Under the hood, a 12 watt (300 mA) LED driver delivers up to 850 lumens and up to 71 lumens per watt, with a typical CRI of 90 so skin tones, wood grain and paint colours look true. The Tunable White range runs from 2700 K to 5000 K, from cozy warm white in the evening to crisp daylight for work. Dimming goes from 100% down to 2% over Wi-Fi through the WiZ App, and the fixture also works with Google Assistant, Siri, Alexa and IFTTT. The airtight aluminum body carries an anodized blue heat sink, a 38° beam spread, 100-135V AC 60Hz input, Class II construction, power factor 0.9, Energy Star, cETLus certification, a projected life of 70% at 50,000 hours and a 3-year warranty. Hole cut is Ø 4¼" (108 mm).

Rated for wet locations, approved for direct contact with insulation and suitable for indoor and outdoor use, it handles Canadian reality: covered porches, soffits, bathrooms, insulated attics and a minimum starting temperature of -40°C (-40°F). Two spring-loaded clips grip any ceiling material, and three Quick Connect push-in terminals speed up wiring. It accepts LUNA 4" accessories — P-4020 and P-4020NC mounting plates, the P-NCMK-1 new construction kit, VBE-1, VBE-2 and VBE-5 vapour barrier extenders, RA4-XLRING reducer rings and the LC-CRTL-SCENE-1 OnCloud Room Controller (sold separately). Built to disappear into the ceiling
The LUNA OnCloud was evolved to be a flexible, low-glare and aesthetically pleasing luminaire. Its durable airtight aluminum body houses an adjustable regressed gimbal, so the light source sits back from the trim opening and you see the light, not the LED. An anodized blue heat sink provides maximum airflow around the LED source, which protects output and colour over time. The trim finish on this SKU is white (WH); the family is also offered in black (BK) and brushed nickel (BN). Ceiling recess mount, with a hole cut of Ø 4¼" (108 mm) and a 30° gimbal tilt for aiming at art, a fireplace, a backsplash or a display wall.

Light quality and Tunable White control
This general application fixture uses a 12 watt LED module that maintains uniform intensity and produces up to 850 lumens, with a typical CRI of 90 for rich, accurate colour rendering. Tunable White means the white tone itself is adjustable from 2700 K to 5000 K — warm and relaxing for evenings, neutral for everyday living, cooler and more energizing for kitchens, garages and workspaces. The lens delivers a 38° beam spread, tight enough to feel directional but wide enough for general ambient coverage when fixtures are spaced on a grid.

Electrical, smart control and installation
The 12 watt (300 mA) Wi-Fi dimmable LED driver runs on 100-135V AC, 60 Hz and sits in an extruded aluminum hardwire box, connected to the fixture by an 18" wire with a 3-pin DC connector. Dimming is 100%-2% over Wi-Fi through the WiZ App (iOS and Android) or the OnCloud Room Controller — no separate wall dimmer required. Voice control works with Google Assistant, Siri, Alexa and IFTTT. Three Quick Connect push-in terminals make wiring fast, and two spring-loaded clips let the fixture attach to virtually any ceiling material. Minimum starting temperature is -40°C (-40°F).

Where it works and what's on the page
Because it is airtight, wet location rated and approved for direct contact with insulation, this smart recessed downlight covers jobs many pot lights can't: insulated attic ceilings, bathrooms and showers, covered patios, soffits and garage ceilings, plus the usual living rooms, corridors, offices, clinics and retail floors. Contractors like that one Wi-Fi SKU handles both the warm residential look and the neutral commercial look on the same job site. Accessories are sold separately: P-4020 and P-4020NC mounting plates, P-NCMK-1 new construction mounting kit with hanger bars, VBE-1, VBE-2 and VBE-5 vapour barrier extenders, RA4-XLRING-BK / BN / WH reducer rings, and the LC-CRTL-SCENE-1 OnCloud Room Controller for ON/OFF, CCT, dimming and favourite scenes. For fixed-colour runs in the same 4" aperture, see the 4" Luna LED round regressed gimbal recessed fixture RA4-12RG-90BK or the 4" Luna LED round gimbal recessed fixture RA4-12G-90WH.
