Built to take a beating, designed to disappearThe LUNA OnCloud starts with a durable airtight aluminum body and an adjustable regressed gimbal that lets you aim the beam while keeping the light source deep inside the housing — that's the trick behind its low-glare look. An anodized blue heat sink provides maximum airflow to the LED source, which is what keeps colour and output stable over the long haul. Two spring-loaded clips let the fixture snap into virtually any ceiling material, and the gimbal tilts 30° for washing a feature wall, grazing a stone fireplace or highlighting shelving. The trim on this SKU is black, a finish that visually recedes into the ceiling and pairs beautifully with dark millwork and matte-black plumbing and hardware.
Light quality and colour controlThis general application fixture uses a 12 watt LED module producing uniform intensity up to 910 lumens with a typical CRI of 90 — high enough for kitchens, bathrooms and retail displays where colour accuracy sells. The fixture lens creates a 40° beam spread, tight enough for accenting, wide enough for general
recessed downlighting. RGB gives you 16 million colours for holidays, game nights, restaurant ambiance or brand colours in a showroom, while the tunable white range of 2200 K to 6500 K takes you from candle-warm evenings to crisp daylight work light. Output follows the white setting: 650 lumens at 2200 K, 710 at 2700 K, 750 at 3000 K, 775 at 3500 K, 800 at 4000 K, 850 at 5000 K and 910 at 6000 K.
Electrical, driver and installationInside the extruded aluminum hardwire box sits a 12 watt (300 mA) Wi-Fi dimmable LED driver with 100-135V AC, 60Hz input and a 0.9 power factor. An 18" FT-6 wire with a 6-pin DC connector links the driver to the fixture, and three "Quick connect" push-in terminals make wiring fast on site — a real time-saver when you're setting a dozen
pot lights in one afternoon. The unit is Class II, cETLus certified, airtight, suitable for wet locations, approved for direct contact with insulation and indoor/outdoor use, with a minimum starting temperature of -40°C (-40°F). Plan a Ø 4¼" (108 mm) hole cut. Dimming runs 100%-2% over Wi-Fi through the WiZ App (iOS and Android) or the OnCloud Room Controller, and voice control is available by integrating the app with most smart speakers — it works with Google Assistant, Siri, Alexa and IFTTT.
