Built to last, built to look goodThis
LED tape light is built on a flexible circuit board with a
3 oz. copper PCB, which is heavier than what you find on entry-level strips. More copper means better heat dissipation along the run, and heat is the number one enemy of LED lifespan and colour stability. The board measures only
8 mm wide, so it tucks into slim aluminum channels, tight cabinet valances and shallow coves without showing. The
Epistar 2835 SMD chips are mounted at
128 pieces per meter — a dense layout that blends the individual points of light into a smooth line rather than a row of hot spots, especially behind a frosted diffuser.
Light quality you can actually seeAt
CRI 90+, this strip renders colour far more faithfully than standard tape. In a kitchen, that means your backsplash tile and countertop look like they did in the showroom; in retail, merchandise keeps its true colour under the shelf light. The
4000K neutral white of this model is the sweet spot between cozy and clinical — clean and awake, ideal for work surfaces and modern interiors. Efficiency lands at
130 LM/W for
9.6W/M ±10%, and the
120º lighting angle washes surfaces evenly instead of striping them.

Wiring, dimming and installationThis is a
low-voltage LED strip, so it needs a compatible DC driver/power supply sized for the total wattage of your run — add up the meters, multiply by
9.6W/M, and leave yourself headroom. Respect the
10 m maximum run per feed: longer runs should be fed from both ends or split into separate circuits to avoid voltage drop and a dimmer end of the line. Cut only on the marked points every
62.5 mm (8 LEDs), then solder or use a compatible connector. The strip is
dimmable through a compatible low-voltage dimming system, which is what makes it so useful in cove lighting and under-cabinet layers you want to soften at night. With
IP22 protection, install it in dry, protected indoor locations; for damp or exposed areas, choose an IP66 version instead. Mounting inside an aluminum profile with a diffuser — a very common request from installers searching for a "profilé aluminium pour LED strip" — protects the tape, spreads the light and gives a finished, built-in look.
Where it works and what's availableTypical projects: under-cabinet and under-counter kitchen lighting, ceiling coves in living rooms and hotel corridors, staircase and hallway accents, closet and pantry lighting, bathroom mirror surrounds, toe-kick lighting, retail shelving, display cases, bars and restaurant millwork, reception desks and office feature walls. The same platform is offered in other colour temperatures if your project calls for a different mood — the
3000K warm white and
5000K cool white — in a waterproof
IP66 30 m roll at 4000K, and in colour-changing versions such as the
RGB strip 14.4W/M for accent and entertainment areas. The full
