Built small, built toughThe PK2000 platform was designed for millwork and tight architectural details, where the fixture has to vanish and the light has to stay. This version wears a
round white trim, a finish that reads as a simple dot on white cabinet panels, painted soffits and light stone counters. The housing recesses into the material and only the slim face stays visible, so sightlines stay clean under upper cabinets, inside display boxes and along stair stringers. The
IP67 rating is the part installers appreciate most: this little
LED puck light can live in a shower niche, a steam room surround, a poolside step, a dock, a boat interior or an exposed exterior soffit without you worrying about splashes, spray or dust.
Light quality and colourWith
RGB colour changing output, this puck is made for ambiance: a single row can turn a bar front, a wine display or a backsplash into a feature wall, and you can retune the colour for a holiday, a promotion or a mood without touching the hardware. The
25° projection angle keeps the beam narrow and intentional — perfect for grazing a bottle shelf or marking a stair edge rather than flooding a room. A
CRI greater than 80 keeps materials, wood grain and merchandise looking honest, and the fixture is
dimmable, so you can bring the level down for evening service or late-night circulation.

Wiring and installationThis is a low-voltage fixture: it runs on
12/24 V DC and must be fed by a suitable DC power supply and, for colour work, an RGB controller. Because each puck draws only
1 watt, you can run a long series of them on a modest driver — ideal when a cabinetmaker wants six or eight points of light under one run of uppers. Installation is a drill-and-drop job: bore a
35 mm / 1.378 inches hole, pass the lead, seat the puck and finish. Keep the driver accessible in a cabinet gable, a toe-kick or a service panel, and respect the voltage drop over long runs by feeding from the centre of the circuit. As always in Canada, line-voltage connections to the power supply should follow local electrical code and be made by a qualified electrician.
Applications, family and documentationThink kitchen
under cabinet lighting and open shelving, bathroom vanity and cabinet interiors, wine cellars, home theatres, reception desks, jewellery and boutique display cases, stair treads, hotel corridors, restaurant bars and marine or RV cabins. Within the same PK2000 family you can mix trims on one project: the
LED puck #2000 persienne and the
LED puck light #2000 louver add a shielded louver face for glare control, the
LED puck light #2000 round 1 side throws light in one direction for wall washing, and the
LED puck light #2000 scoop directs light downward on steps and baseboards. The full
