Built small, built to lastThe PK2000 platform packs a 1 W LED into a trim just 50 mm / 1.967" across, with a body of 29 mm / 1.142" and 27 mm / 1.063". The louver — or persienne — face is the defining feature of this version: horizontal slats sit in front of the diode so the light is thrown forward and downward while the source itself stays visually quiet. On a black trim, that means the fixture reads as a discreet dark slot in the underside of a cabinet instead of a bright dot. It is offered in black here, and the same louver trim also exists in stainless within the family.
Light quality you can trust125 lumens sounds modest until you remember how close a puck sits to what it lights. With a 25º projection angle, that output lands as a defined, controlled pool rather than spilling across the backsplash. The 3000K warm white keeps oak, walnut, quartz and brass looking rich, and a CRI of >80 means the colours of what you are chopping, pouring or displaying stay honest. Comparable in perceived brightness to a 20 W incandescent, it does the job on 1 W — the kind of swap that adds up fast when a kitchen carries a dozen pucks.

Wiring and installationThis is a
low voltage puck light: it needs a 12 or 24 V DC supply, so plan a driver sized for the total load of your run — at 1 W per puck, a long row stays very manageable. Drill a 35 mm / 1.378 inches hole in the cabinet bottom, shelf or riser, feed the leads through, and set the puck into place; because the body is only 29 mm / 1.142" and 27 mm / 1.063", it fits inside most cabinet bottoms and thick shelves without eating into storage. The fixture is
dimmable, so pair it with a dimming driver or a compatible low-voltage dimmer to tune the level from task light down to late-night glow. IP67 protection also means it tolerates humidity, splashes and dusty job sites far better than an open mini fixture.
Where it works and what goes with itThink under upper cabinets, inside glass-door display units, in stair nosings, under bar overhangs, in wardrobes, in reception desks and in retail merchandising fixtures — anywhere a
cabinet light must be felt more than seen. Mixing trims on one project is easy since the whole PK2000 range shares the same 35 mm / 1.378 inches cutout: combine this black louver with the
stainless louver puck, the
4000K stainless louver puck, an
RGB black louver puck for colour scenes, or a
round 1 side stainless puck for directional accents. The full technical PDF for LCPK2000P-1W-3000K-BK — dimensions, drawing and specs — is in the Documentation tab, handy for your cabinetmaker or electrician.
