Built to disappear into the millworkThe PK2000 platform was designed for installers who want light without hardware showing. The round trim measures 50 mm across the face and 29 mm deep, with a 27 mm body that drops into a
35 mm cutout, so a single hole saw pass through a cabinet bottom, a stair riser or a soffit panel is all it takes. The white finish on this SKU blends with painted cabinetry and white melamine; the same fixture family is also offered in black and brushed stainless trims, and in round, square, one-side, two-side and louver styles, so a whole project can share one cutout size and one look. Sealed to
IP67, the housing shrugs off dust, splashes and washdowns, which is why these
mini recessed LED pucks end up on docks, boat decks, patio steps and in commercial coolers as often as in kitchens.
Light quality you can actually seeAt
3000K, the beam is a warm white that makes oak, walnut, marble and brass look rich rather than clinical, and a
CRI above 80 keeps food, fabric and merchandise colours true. The
25º projection angle is narrow on purpose: it lays down defined scallops of light on a backsplash or a display shelf instead of spilling into your eyes. With
125 lumens from just
1 W, the equivalent of a
20 W incandescent, you can line up several pucks on one run and still keep the load tiny. The fixture is
dimmable, so a row of pucks can go from task brightness at supper time to a soft glow after hours.

Wiring and installationThis is a
low voltage LED puck: it needs a DC supply of 12 or 24 V, so plan a driver or power supply sized for the total wattage of the run plus a margin, and keep the secondary wiring tidy inside the cabinet or the stair stringer. Drill the 35 mm hole, feed the leads, seat the trim, and the
1 watt draw means even long runs stay easy on the circuit. Because the pucks are
dimmable, use a dimming method compatible with the driver you choose and dim the driver, not the individual fixtures. For exterior steps, decks and soffits, the
IP67 rating is your friend, but still route connections so water drains away and never sits in a splice.
Where it earns its keep, and what goes with itThink under-cabinet task lighting over a prep counter, glass shelving in a boutique, a wine rack, a hotel corridor stair, a marine cockpit, a display cabinet at a dental clinic, or accent dots in a home theatre soffit. Same cutout, different effect: the
LED puck light #2000 round 1 side aims the light sideways for wall grazing, the
LED puck light #2000 louver shields the source on stairs and pathways, the
LED puck #2000 persienne does the same in black, and the
LED puck light #2000 scoop tilts the beam for risers and seating niches. The full
