What this accessory isThe
FINISHING END CAP #94 (WHITE) is a replacement or completion part for aluminum
LED channel systems. It slips onto the cut end of the extrusion and closes the opening left by the strip cavity and the diffuser lens. Sold as a single unit (1 unit), it lets you order the exact count your layout calls for instead of being stuck with a fixed kit quantity. On a typical run you'll use two caps per continuous length — one at each open end — while a run that dies into a wall, a cabinet gable or another profile may only need one.
Why the number mattersEnd caps are profile-specific. The
#94 designation identifies the channel cross-section this cap was shaped for, so it follows the exact outline of that extrusion and sits flush against the aluminum. A cap from a different family — #11, #12, #13, #14 or #15 — will not seat correctly on a #94 profile, and vice versa. If you're ordering for several profiles on the same jobsite, note each channel number before you order, and check whether you need a solid cap or a version with a hole for the power lead. On the #94, plan your wire exit at the end where the driver or connector lands, or bring the low-voltage feed out through the back or side of the profile before capping the end.

Installation tipsCut your profile to length first, deburr the cut with a file or fine sandpaper so the cap seats square, then dry-fit the cap before the strip goes in. Install the
LED strip, run and test your low-voltage connections, snap the diffuser lens in place, and finish with the caps last so the lens edge is captured. On ceilings and under-cabinet work, a small dab of clear silicone or adhesive inside the cap keeps it from working loose over time with vibration or when the lens is removed for service — but leave at least one end friction-fit only if you expect to service the strip later. A white cap against white melamine, painted MDF or a white ceiling reads almost invisible, which is exactly the look most clients are after.
Where it gets used, and what goes with itKitchen under-cabinet and toe-kick lighting, bathroom vanity and mirror surrounds, cove lighting in living rooms and condo hallways, closet and pantry shelving, stair and corridor accent runs, plus commercial work: retail display cases, reception desks, bar fronts, office cove details and shop workbenches. Canadian renovation projects often mix several profile shapes in one home — recessed channels in the ceiling, surface channels under cabinets, corner channels on shelving — so keep the right caps on hand for each. For the other profiles in the same family, see the
Finishing end cap #11 (no hole), the
Finishing end cap #12 (with hole) and the
Finishing end cap #14 (no hole). No spec sheet is published for this accessory; if you're unsure which number matches your extrusion, compare the profile shape before ordering.
