Two controllers in one compact housing
The E2-WR was designed to simplify inventory and installation: instead of stocking a single-colour dimmer and a separate CCT (tunable white) controller, you carry one unit that does both. It supports single colour LED strip and CCT adjustable white LED strip, and it handles 1 to 8 zones with self-repeating operation, meaning each controller relays the signal onward so larger installations stay responsive from one end of the run to the other. At 100.6 mm x 40 mm x 17.6 mm, the redesigned enclosure hides easily above a cabinet, behind a valance or inside an accessible ceiling box.
Light quality and dimming
Stepless dimming is what separates a good install from a great one. Rather than jumping between fixed levels, the E2-WR fades smoothly across the full range, so a kitchen can go from bright task light to a soft evening glow without visible steps. On CCT adjustable white strip, you also slide between warm and cool white to match daylight, mood or time of day. One important note: the E2-WR must be fed by a non-dimmable power supply — it is not compatible with dimmable power supplies, since the dimming happens in the controller itself.
Wiring and electrical details
Installation is tool-free. Strip 10 mm of insulation, insert the conductor and clip it securely — no screw terminals to back out over time. The controller offers dual power inputs: a DC barrel jack for plug-in power supplies and two clips for hardwired power supplies, which covers both the quick plug-in job and the permanent in-wall install. Output is common anode, matching standard single-colour and CCT LED tape. Always respect the stated current limits and split long runs across additional controllers or feeds rather than overloading a single channel.
