Silver track, full-size runThe LCTK-6004-SL is a 4 ft (48 in, 1,219 mm)
silver track section for residential and commercial projects. It gives a room a real run of light on its own, with enough length to spread
track lighting heads over an island, a wall or a display. The track is made of
extruded aluminum and carries flat, solid integral conductors rated at 20 amps; its copper conductors, in 12 gauge, are held by PVC insulators and concealed in an insulating thermoplastic insert with a low profile.
Electrical specificationsThis
single-circuit track is intended for 120 V applications, with single hot and neutral conductors rated for 20 amps per branch circuit. The system electrical rating is
20 A, 120 V, 60 Hz. A
polarity groove on the face of the track marks the location of the grounding conductor, a reference to keep in mind when installing feeds and connectors. Always turn off the power at the breaker, and have a qualified electrician make the connection according to the electrical code in your province.
Feeds, connectors and suspensionThe spec sheet in the Documentation tab lists the accessories of the same track system, all sold separately. Power options include a live end from the end of the track, a live end with canopy fed from a junction box, a live-end conduit feed, a
center feed that brings power in anywhere along the track from a junction box, and a wired end that takes power from a receptacle. For your layout, the system offers an I-connector (180°), an L-connector (90°), a T-connector, an X-connector and a flexible connector for varying angles, plus an
end cap to finish the run. A hollow stem rod kit, with ceiling canopy, mounting brackets and hardware, lets you suspend the track.

silver 4 ft track suits modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances, lofts with concrete ceilings, home offices, media rooms and hallways lined with art. In business, it fits tech offices, galleries, eyewear and electronics stores, salons and reception areas. To extend the run in the same finish, add the
silver 2 ft track; for other décors, the same 4 ft length is also offered as a
brushed nickel 4 ft track and a
white 4 ft track. With
