Often called a pot light, mini recessed light or round LED light, this Liteline LUNA is a Dim-to-Warm model: instead of a colour-selectable switch, its LED module shifts from 3000 K down to 2000 K as you dim, the same cozy amber glow you loved from halogen. With a 2½" (64 mm) hole cut and regressed optics, it slips into hallway ceilings, kitchen perimeters, wall niches, coves, stair soffits and bathroom ceilings where a standard 4" or 6" can would look heavy.

Under the white trim sits a 7 W LED module delivering up to 680 lumens in Dim-to-Warm mode, a typical CRI of 96 and a 40° beam spread that keeps glare low and accents crisp. The body is durable airtight aluminum with an anodized blue heat sink for maximum airflow around the LED source, and the 170 mA dimmable Class II electronic driver runs on 100-135V AC, 50/60 Hz with a 0.9 power factor. It is dimmable from 100% to 10% with industry-standard forward-phase / reverse-phase dimmers, cETLus certified, rated for wet locations and approved for direct contact with insulation (IC rated, airtight), with a minimum starting temperature of -40°C (-40°F), a projected life of 70% at 50,000 hours and a lifetime warranty.

The LUNA 2" from the Liteline Designer Series is engineered around a durable airtight aluminum body with an anodized blue heat sink that maximizes airflow around the LED light source, so the fixture keeps its output cool and steady year after year. The 2" aperture needs only a Ø 2½" (64 mm) hole cut, and the regressed optic pulls the light source back from the trim plane for a low-glare look. Overall dimensions stay compact: 2¾" (70 mm) and 2 5⁄16" (59 mm) at the body, 1½" (38 mm) and 2 13⁄16" (71 mm) profile details, with a 4 5⁄8" (117 mm) driver box, which is why this mini recessed downlight fits tight plenums and shallow ceiling cavities where bigger cans simply will not go.

Dim-to-Warm light quality
This SKU is the Dim-to-Warm version: the colour temperature travels from 3000 K down to 2000 K as you lower the dimmer, recreating the warm candle-like glow of incandescent and halogen at low levels. Wiring and installation
Two spring-loaded clips hold the fixture in any ceiling material, which makes this a true remodel downlight you can push up through a drilled hole without touching the joists; an optional pre-mounting plate is available for new construction. The extruded aluminum hardwire box houses a 170 mA dimmable Class II electronic driver and offers three "Quick connect" push-in terminals for fast wiring. An 18" (457 mm) FT6 rated cable with a DC 2.1 connector links driver to fixture and is approved for use in plenums and suspended ceilings — note that this cable is not approved for branch wiring. Accessories listed by the manufacturer include a new construction mounting kit (pre-mounting plate and hanger bars), butterfly brackets, a 60" flexible connector to extend the distance between fixture and driver, a vapor barrier, and a commercial grade driver (120~347V / 120~277V, 0-10V dimming).
