A compact jumper for adjoining CL-LSH-784-4824-TW sheets
The CANOLIGHT CL-LSH-3P-BBW6 is made for layouts where LED sheets are mounted right next to one another. Instead of a long lead that has to be folded and taped out of the way, it uses a 6 cm pre-wired lead with a connector head on each end. Clip one head onto a CL-LSH-784-4824-TW sheet and the other onto the adjoining sheet, and the link is done: short, direct and identical at every junction.
Wire gauge and pin layout
The lead is made with 20 AWG wire, a common gauge for low-voltage LED installations that provides a reliable link between panels. The connector has a 3-pin configuration that matches the three-conductor input of the sheet it is designed for. Keep every head oriented the same way from sheet to sheet, follow the markings printed on the sheet, and make or change connections only with the power supply switched off.
Installation tips
Because the lead is only 6 cm long, plan your layout so adjoining sheets meet with their connection points facing each other. Dry-fit the sheets on your backing panel first, confirm that each jumper reaches without tension, then fix the sheets in place. Leave the jumper free of stress at both heads, and avoid pinching it between the sheet and the frame. Where a gap is wider or a frame member separates two sheets, a longer lead is the better choice for that junction.
Where it is used
This double-head LED sheet connector is at home in continuous backlit surfaces: storefront and interior signs, illuminated reception desks and bars, backlit stone, onyx or acrylic panels, display and feature walls, trade-show booths and large lightboxes. Sign shops, electricians and renovation contractors across Canada use short jumpers like this to build clean sheet grids quickly, and property owners get an installation that looks tidy and is simple to maintain.
