Accent lighting at a 53° angle
A standard flat profile shines straight down. The #425 was designed differently: it provides accent lighting at an angle of 53°, so the light reaches the front of a shelf, the products on display or the backsplash under a cabinet instead of just the surface below. A compact profile added to a thin series, it stays discreet while giving you angled LED lighting that highlights what matters. Ideal for commercial or residential applications.
Light quality and optics
The 425 series is listed with 4 lumen packages for 8 mm LED strips with a 5 mm tape guide: LP0 (128 lm/1.5 W/ft), LP1 (160 lm/1.5 W/ft), LP2 (255 lm/3.0 W/ft) and LP3 (308 lm/4.5 W/ft), in 6 colour temperatures from 2,400 K to 6,200 K with CRI 90+ for true-to-life colours on merchandise, food and finishes. The exclusive optics, the SiLens, is made of flexible silicone and installs with a simple touch of the finger.
Installation
The 425 is designed for surface installation with phantom brackets, which perfectly conceal the mounting hardware. End caps with a milled hole on both sides let the feed wire exit from either end, and an optional power supply unit is offered with a DC socket or hardwire connection. For indoor use (IP22), it suits kitchens, shelving and displays. Have any hardwired connection made by a licensed electrician.
