Wiring, dimming and installation
This is a low-voltage 24V DC LED tape, so it needs a 24V constant-voltage driver sized to your run: multiply 10W per metre by your total length and leave headroom. For dimming, pair it with a compatible low-voltage dimming power supply — the tape itself is fully dimmable, and the control happens at the driver. Cut only on the marked 5/8" (16mm) increments, then rejoin or feed sections with the COB solderless connectors: LS-SC1-COB seamless strip-to-strip, LS-SC2-COB with a 24" wire lead, LS-SC2-COB-20 with a 20' (6.1m) lead, LS-SC3-COB with leads on both ends, LS-SC4-COB for corners, or the compact LS-BK-SC2-COB wire-to-strip connector. The 24" (60cm) leads already on both ends of the roll often save you a connector at the feed point. With IP22 protection, keep it to dry indoor locations.
