Inside the durable airtight aluminum body is a 12 watt LED module with an anodized blue heat sink for maximum airflow, delivering up to 1035 lumens at 92 lumens per watt. Light quality is the real story: a typical CRI of 90 and a warm 3000 K colour temperature make skin tones, wood, paint and food look right, while the lens gives a controlled 40° beam spread. It dims smoothly from 100% to 10% on industry-standard TRIAC/ELV dimmers, runs on 100-135V AC, 60Hz with a 300mA dimmable Class II electronic driver, and carries a 0.95 power factor. The fixture ships with an extruded aluminum hardwire box housing a 300mA dimmable Class II electronic LED driver with 100-135V AC input, plus an 18" FT6 rated cable and DC 2.1 connector between driver and fixture — approved for use in plenums and suspended ceilings. Three Quick Connect push-in terminals make the hookup quick for electricians and confident DIYers, and two spring-loaded clips let the housing attach to any ceiling material through the Ø 4 3⁄16" (106mm) hole. Because it's approved for direct contact with insulation and suitable for wet locations, you can put it in an insulated attic ceiling, a shower, a covered porch or a soffit.
