Continuous light, zero dots
Traditional LED tape puts individual diodes in a row, which means you see dots through diffusers and on nearby walls. COB (Chip on Board) technology packs the light source into a dense, uniform line, so this dotless COB LED strip paints a perfectly even beam of light. The result is the kind of architectural linear lighting you normally only see in high-end commercial installs — coves, reveals, under-cabinet runs and stair lighting that look intentional instead of improvised. With a footprint of only 10mm wide and 2mm thick, it hides where bulkier strips simply cannot go.
Light quality you can see
The 3000K Warm White colour temperature brings a cozy, residential glow that flatters wood, stone and warm paint palettes, while the CRI 90+ rendering keeps colours honest — a real advantage above a kitchen counter, in a bathroom vanity area, or over retail merchandise where true colour sells. A typical output of 1510 lumens per meter and a 98.4° lighting angle give you broad, soft coverage without glare bombs, and the professional-grade 3-ounce copper circuit board improves both lighting consistency across the full 5 meter roll and heat dissipation over time.

Electrical and installation details
This is a 24V DC LED strip, so it needs a low voltage power supply — size it at 18W per meter to leave healthy headroom (for the full 5 meter roll, that means adding up your total run before choosing a driver). The included female DC plug makes the first connection straightforward, and the two 15cm wires at the opposite end let you continue the circuit. Cuts are made every 50mm on the marked points, and because no quick connector exists for the 10mm COB format, extension wires are soldered to the pads on the back — an illustration of the wiring is included in the product images. Dimming works two ways: a low voltage dimmer/remote combo on the DC side, or a dimmable power supply controlled by a 120V AC dimmer. Finally, COB strips concentrate heat, so mount on a heat-dissipating surface or inside an appropriate aluminum channel — it also gives you a cleaner finished look with a diffuser.
Where it works and what's in the box of documents
Homeowners use it for under-cabinet kitchen lighting, floating shelves, toe-kicks, closets, home theatre coves and bedroom headboards. Contractors run it in crown mouldings, drop ceilings, stair risers and millwork. Small businesses put it into display cases, back bars, retail shelving, salon mirrors and reception desks — anywhere a dotted line of light would cheapen the look. Because it is rated iP20, keep it indoors and away from direct moisture.
