Built to stay outsideThis
outdoor LED floodlight uses a pressure die-cast aluminum body designed for better thermal management, with deep fins that move heat away from the LEDs, plus a polycarbonate lens on a slim, compact area-lighter profile. It is suitable for use in wet locations with
IP65 protection, so rain, snow, wash-down spray and blowing dust stay where they belong. The operating range runs from -40 to 45°C, which is exactly what a Canadian job asks of a fixture mounted on a pole, a parapet or an exposed wall. The black finish keeps it discreet on dark cladding and under soffits.
Two selectors, one fixtureThe
multi-wattage selector lets you choose 200W, 240W or 300W on site, for 26 000, 31 200 or 39 000 lumens — so one part number covers a small side yard and a full parking field, and you can dial the output down if a neighbour or a camera system complains about brightness. The
CCT selector offers three selectable colour temperatures: 3000K, 4000K and 5000K. Warm 3000K suits hospitality and residential perimeters, 4000K is the everyday choice for commercial lots and loading zones, and 5000K gives the crispest, brightest read on signage, plates and faces at night.
Electrical and installationThe driver is a
120-347V LED auto-sensing driver with a 10KV surge protection device, so the same fixture goes on a residential-style feed or a higher-voltage commercial panel without ordering a different model — handy on retrofits where you inherit whatever is in the pole base. It is
compatible with 0-10V dimming, which lets you tie it into a controller, a timer or an astronomic schedule and drop the level after closing hours. Four brackets are sold separately: pole bracket LCFLD-BRACKET-P, trunnion bracket LCFLD-BRACKET-T, U-shape bracket LCFLD-BRACKET-U and knuckle bracket LCFLD-BRACKET-K — pick the one that matches your pole, wall or existing tenon. Cut the power before wiring, aim the fixture slightly downward to limit glare toward the street, and keep the lens and gasket clean so the seal stays tight.

Where it goes and what's in the documentsTypical projects: parking garages, arenas and stadiums, truck yards and loading docks, farm buildings, car dealership frontages, contractor storage compounds, municipal works garages, condo and retail parking lots, and large residential properties where one well-aimed
LED projector replaces several old halogen heads and cuts energy use dramatically. For a matching installation in a warmer tone, the same unit is available as the
200-240-300W LED floodlight in bronze. The Documentation tab holds the technical PDF spec sheet for LCFLD200-240-300W-MK-UV-BK, including the technical drawing, the specification table and the polar candela curve — worth downloading before you finalize pole spacing and aiming angles.
