small aperture downlight slips into tight plenums and shallow bulkheads where a bigger

Light quality and colour selectionA single on-fixture switch gives you five colour temperatures — 2700 K, 3000 K, 3500 K, 4000 K and 5000 K — so one SKU can serve a warm living room, a neutral hallway and a crisp workshop on the same job. Wiring and installationPower comes from an extruded aluminum hardwire box housing a 170 mA dimmable Class II electronic LED driver with 100-135V AC input. An 18" (457 mm) FT6 rated cable with a DC 2.1 connector links driver to fixture and is approved for use in plenums and suspended ceilings — note that this cable is not approved for branch wiring. Three "Quick connect" push-in terminals in the driver compartment make line-side wiring fast, a real time-saver when you're setting a dozen
recessed pot lights in one afternoon. Two spring-loaded clips grip virtually any ceiling material for remodel work, while an optional pre-mounting plate is available for new construction. The fixture is airtight, IC rated for direct contact with insulation, and wet location rated for indoor and outdoor use. Pair it with standard industry forward-phase / reverse-phase dimmers for smooth 100%-10% control.
