For projects that call for a clean, technical look, this LED wall graze light with a square trim in aluminum (SKU WLFLS-1W30K-90-AL) brings precise, low-level light to stairs and corridors. It is a compact recessed wall light — the kind of fixture people search for as a square step light, a stair light or a hallway marker light — that sits near the floor and grazes the wall and the walking surface with soft light. It is designed for ambient accent lighting in hallways, corridors, stairs and entrances, in homes as well as in commercial buildings.

The numbers are simple and efficient: 1.4W of power on a 24V constant-voltage system, warm 3000K light and a 90 CRI for accurate colour on floors, walls and finishes. The wide 120° beam spreads the light evenly across a step or along a corridor. A machined aluminum body works as the heat sink, the fixture rotates to aim the light, and a toolless push-in connector makes daisy-chain wiring on low-voltage cable fast and neat. It is IC rated, cETLus certified and dims from 100% to 5% with a compatible dimming driver.

The aluminum finish with a square outline is a favourite in office buildings, clinics, condo common areas, gyms and hotel corridors across Canada, where fixtures need to look precise and blend with metal door frames, handrails and elevator finishes. At home, it suits modern stairwells, basement renovations and entrances with brushed or stainless hardware, and it coordinates well with aluminum LED profile lighting in the same space. Made for indoor dry and damp locations and powered by a remote 24V supply, it is an easy way to add safe, stylish path lighting to your next project.

Path lighting with an architectural edge
The WLFLS-1W30K-90-AL is a small recessed LED wall light with a square face that washes light along walls and floors at low height. Installed next to stair treads or spaced along a corridor, it guides people with an even band of light while the rest of the space stays calm. The wide 120° beam covers a full step or a generous section of hallway, a practical advantage in long commercial corridors and wide residential staircases.

Efficient, comfortable light
Every fixture draws only 1.4W, which makes it easy to keep a stairwell or corridor lit through the night. The warm 3000K colour temperature avoids the cold look of many corridor lights, and the 90 CRI keeps flooring, paint and wall finishes looking right. With compatible electronic or magnetic dimming drivers, the output dims from 100% to 5% — handy for a lobby that needs full light by day and a softer level at night.

Installation and electrical
This is a hardwire low-voltage fixture operating on a 24V constant-voltage system with a remote power supply. The toolless push-in connector accepts LVT cable and lets installers daisy-chain fixtures along a run, saving time on multi-unit or multi-storey jobs. The aluminum housing includes strain relief and torsion clips for a secure hold in the wall, and the fixture rotates to orient the light. It is IC rated; in insulated walls, the manufacturer calls for a vapor barrier (WL-VBE) and a pre-mounting plate, sold separately. It is for indoor use only, in dry and damp locations, and is cETLus certified.

Square trim in aluminum
The square trim aligns neatly with tile joints, baseboards and stair stringers, and the aluminum finish gives a subtle metallic sheen that pairs with brushed hardware, stainless steel and metal cladding. It is discreet on grey and white walls and looks sharp on concrete. For other styles, the same wall graze light is available with a round trim and in flat white or anodized black, so you can keep one family of fixtures across a whole building.
